    Brown Butter Honey Pecan Slice

Petee's is the best. Every pie I've ever tried here is so good. We were in the neighborhood and decided to have a slice in stores. There's not much seating but it was just me & my partner so we sat in the window and enjoy an amazing slice of pecan pie and cappuccinos. GREAT spot for picking up a treat for Friendsgiving or turkey day. Best pies in the city ?!?

Came here for some pie. The store is small with very little seating. The staff the was friendly. We got a coconut custard pie and a blueberry crumble. The custard pie was okay..too much coconut not enough custard. The blueberry crumble was good. The blueberries was not overly sweet.

CUTEST pie shop in Brooklyn! Super lovely and friendly staff, and a large selection of pies by the slice and pie. They also have a very well-priced coffee and tea menu! The interior is tight but well furnished with some counter seating and couch, and generally just a cute ambience. I got the hot national parks tea, which was so fragrant. We also tried a slice of the bananas foster pie and were shocked by how good it was! Thick banana cream, whipped cream, and the most buttery and flaky pie crust I've ever tried. Plan to get a pie here for Friendsgiving!

My family has been coming here for years, I picked up the pies this year and placed the order ahead of time. Everything was simple and I love how each pie had photos and descriptions and ingredients. Since it was thanksgiving we got a slot for 9 am but I arrived a few minutes earlier and they helped me. The staff were nice and the service was quick. I am very happy for the lovely experience and the delicious pies! They were a hit again!

Had a slice of the cherry and apple pie and it was delicious. The staff is very helpful in helping choose a flavor. I sat there with two other friends and talked for a couple hours. There's not much space and i don't believe they have a bathroom. Would definitely go back for some pie.

Such a nice treat on Myrtle ave! Had dinner around the area and came by to end the night with pie slices. The banana cream pie was amazing!!! I will def be back. So yummy! Our friends got the chocolate one and it tasted like a chocolate pudding. Nice texture and not too sweet which I like!

Firstly the staff here was so kind and welcoming. They recommended I get the Salty Chocolate Chess Slice because it's one of their best sellers and because I said I wasn't looking for a fruit pie. It tasted exactly like they described: a salted brownie in pie form. The only thing I was disappointed about was the at $8 I was surprised to see how small the slice was, but it's probably a good thing because it's pretty indulgent.

New favorite tea spot in the city! Ahhhh they have everything

Guys! I'm obsessed with this spot!!! It's honestly kinda wild how much I've come here since visiting the city. It's a small spot with very limited seats. The folks working there were super nice. I REALLLYY REALLLYYYY LOVEEEEEEE their pie!! And the tea is quality tea (I'm a tea snob). They also have tons of other desserts and pastries. I don't t drink coffee but they also have coffee drinks.

Petee's Cafe is the larger Brooklyn outpost of Petee's Pie. In addition to whole pies and pies by the slice, they have cookies and other treats. Recently, I've tried the Jersey peach pie, Strawberry rhubarb, NY Sour Cherry, Salty Chocolate Chess and Key lime pie. The key lime in particular was amazing - definitely will be getting that again!

Divine, divine pie! I don't know how they do it. I'm not even sure I'd consider myself a "pie person," but Petee's pies would make me a convert. It's probably a good thing I don't live closer... The crust is out of this world. It just melts in your mouth. There are lots of tasty options to try. I would eat any of the ones I had again. My favorite is probably the black bottom almond chess, which also seems to have captured the hearts of many other Yelpers. Anything fruit is also good; plus, it makes you feel like you're eating a little healthier, right? Their set-up for COVID-19 is very sound. They have lots of notices saying only individuals or very small parties are allowed in at one time. The menu is posted outside, too, so you can figure out what you want before entering. (There's also a menu inside, of course.) And there's plexiglass above the counter where you order. It's always a great time to treat yo'self. You can't go wrong here!

Pie is good! Space is really small so there's not enough room to enjoy a coffee/slice but otherwise good vibes.

Wow East Village! You have yourself a gem with Rake Wine Bar! We were waiting for our dinner…read morereservations and decided to stop in here for a pre-dinner drink and bite. I am SO glad we did. The vibe drew us in, they had great music bumpin from the outside, it looked lively and welcoming. Let me tell you- I would have skipped dinner and just stayed here all evening if it was my choice! But alas, my husband wanted a bit more to eat. But let me tell you- their knowledge of wine is PRISTINE! I can't tell you what white wine we had but they captured our tastes perfectly. We also shared a bruschetta and it was deliciouso! I love how friendly the staff was here and how unpretentious it all was. Next time we are in NYC- we will definitely make a point to come visit Rake!

First I'll start with the wine - we ended up trying all three happy hour wines (HH until 7), which the tables favorites were the white and we ended up getting a bottle to split once HH ended (but I really enjoyed the other vino verde option). It was incredibly refreshing and paired well with the many tinned fish options. As you'd expect - it's a pretty massive selection and there is bound to be a varietal and glass for any palate. It's also attached to a wine store - so it's fine to see all the bottles when peaking over. Food-wise - this is where it was hit or miss, they have a pretty extensive menu (with a whole tinned fish section!) and we ended up ordering the buratta on focaccia (buratta was excellent, focaccia was too dense for my tastes), mushroom truffle crostini (way too salty), the flatbread with sliced kielbasa (was fine), halloume (table favorite ), tinned sardines in lemon oil (delicious), tinned smoked trout (my favorite). Overall the four of us were very full at the end of the meal! The space itself felt very relaxing and rustic, and definitely got busier as the night went on (we got there at 6:50 and left around 9). The service was also fast and attentive - even for the amount of tables they were serving. Overall - I'd definitely go back again, and maybe just focus on the wine and another tinned fish selection!

The hwe crudo was refreshing and delicious, and the salad was also a standout -- bright, crisp, and really well-balanced. But the best thing we had by far was the dak mandu, the crab/chicken dumplings. Those alone are worth coming back for. The ssam lettuce wraps were good, though they read a little more like Jewish brisket with a spicy bean sauce than what I expected from a Korean lettuce wrap. Still tasty, just a different vibe. Honestly, this would've been a 5-star meal if I didn't leave with three mosquito bites. Great food, great service, great wine -- just maybe bring bug spray.

The bar is very scenic so you will definitely feel like you are getting the full dining experience. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Make reservations for peak dining times in the evenings and on weekends. Many people walked in without reservations and were seated right away on Saturday evenings. Highly recommend trying their original cocktails ($18). We tried the flower child and the harvest moon. Both were tasty. I would get harvest moon again and again. Perfect balance of Tart, sweet refreshing and strong. Menu items change seasonally so it's delightful to try something new every time you visit. $21 potato croquettes were highly disappointing. Everyone recommended them highly, but I could not understand why. For such price, three tiny balls of fried potato should've been mind blowing, but they were underwhelming and forgettable at best. Skip. $24 giant ricotta stuffed raviolo was delightful. Such soothing comfort food. If I could eat just this, I would be happy. $26 fresh crudo was refreshing and light. Delicious cold broth/juice soup in which it was served. $32 Bronzino with mussels in a broth was superb. Light, crispy, and delicate. Would eat this dish for dinner Any night of the day. Balanced flavor profile. Could suit anyone who is picky about their food. $30 lamb neck was a solid dish. Perfectly crunchy on the outside and delicate and flavorful on the inside. Wish the portion was a bit bigger, especially the sides. $38 duck confit was highly advertised, however, it was underwhelming and the least stand out dish. It was solid, but nothing that I would order again or recommend. The duck was on the dry side. Definitely not enough sauce. The cabbage and the cabbage salad were good. Crispy and refreshing. The duck was not the star of this dish. $13 chocolate mousse with strawberry coulis was surprisingly delightful. So light and balanced. Not sweet, but just right to finish a meal. I could eat this dessert every day after every single meal. So simple, yet it hit the spot. Service is very fast and efficient. One of our readers was superb and provided stellar recommendations. Another waiter (young and inexperienced) was very shy and his energy felt very stifling.
