After much searching of reviews in the area I decided to try here. Was not disappointed! Had a wonderful massage with Rhonda; very professional & perceptive. Was able to find & treat all tangled areas with the best techniques for each. The other therapists were attending education this day. I have the utmost respect for those who strive to further educate themselves. I thoroughly expect that I would receive great massages from them as well. My mom and I came in for massages and facials. Kelli was our masseuse and she was amazing! My mom wanted a very light and relaxing massage and I needed a deep tissue massage to work out knots. Kelli has very strong hands and worked the knots on my back relentlessly. I'll be sore later but the massage therapy was exactly what I needed. Rhonda did our facials and this was also incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable about the skin and what your body is telling you through your skin. She did a great job and our faces looked and felt amazing after. The spa is a little hidden in a business office environment and it's no frills unlike other spas (i.e. You're not going to hang out in a tea room in a robe), however the place was very clean, cozy, smelled great, and each room was designed perfectly and had the proper cozy ambience. I was torn between this and another spa that had a lot more reviews, but in the end, I was swayed by the abundant five star reviews it had. AND, the one 1-star review? The owner contacted the reviewer and was incredibly apologetic, and not in the typical faux-pology so common nowadays, but in a sincere "We screwed up, this is completely unacceptable, we're going to fix the issue, and here's how we're going to do it" To me, that actually said just as much about the The Pampered Escape as the 5-star reviews did. So I booked a four-hour session for my fiancee. It's been two weeks. She -still- hasn't stopped talking about the massage and the skin treatments. She loved how she was treated and how attentive the service was. On my end (as the whole thing was a surprise so I had to coordinate), Kelli was incredibly professional. She was informative, courteous, and cleared up any doubts that I had, and it's made me want to be a customer myself! (I will update when that happens) If you look at the map and see that it's in a nondescript building, you're right. It is. That's what makes it all the better. You're away from everything and it feels like it's a spot only you know about where you're treated like royalty. I whole-heartedly recommend this place. read more

I was so excited to try this place. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment and a lady answered from a cell phone in a loud place. I asked if I should call the other number listed on the website and she said I didn't have to. She asked for my name and number and said she would call me back in 20 minutes to schedule my appointment. I was going to schedule a package. She never called back. I came here a while ago, eager and excited for an overdue facial. It's a hidden little spa, very quaint and what seemed to be a relaxing atmosphere. However, the esthetician whom I received treatment from seemed to know very little about skin care. My face is acne free, but after visiting this place I broke out like never before. I hear the massages are great, but would I recommend this place for a facial? I'd have to suggest to look elsewhere. read more

Ms. Kelli is a great business person and wonderful masseuse. Her massages are the best I have ever had in my entire life. I feel justified in stating she is the best, since I consider myself a "Massage-Junky". She works the tightness, knots and all kinds of mental and emotional distress from your muscles. Woohoo! As good as it gets indeed!!!!! I started to feel joy when she popped the muscles over my right shoulder blade, as that tightness disappeared. Oh my what a great peace-filled feeling entered my mind, as my muscles let go my stress, so did my mental attitude. If insurance companies got their "collective-acts-together", by allowing a charge from an LMT massage therapy establishment with a co-pay she would be busy beyond her dreams. Nonetheless, she is well worth the price. If I may, I would recommend the foot detox in addition to the massage. WOW, I was surprised in what was in the water after I had the treatment. I have a tremendous amount of stress in my life for various reasons. I carry all the stress between my shoulder blades. For about a month and a half, I've been in fairly regular pain in that location. I haven't had a regular massage therapist for quite awhile now. After reading reviews of the Pampered Escape Spa, I decided to try them out. Kelli worked wonders with the knots in my back. Usually after getting these kinds of knots worked out, I'm sore for a few days, but Kelli had just the right touch to work them out without leaving any soreness behind. Best massage I have ever had! Kelli was great and worked a lot of pain out of my muscles! I play a lot of softball and had some really bad pain in my legs and back and Kelli was amazing. She made sure the pressure wasn't too much and explained why certain muscle hurt they way they do. I left feel relaxed and pain free! I will definitely be going back to see Kelli again. I came in for a sports massage not really understanding the services. Kelli was kind enough to explain the differences between the massages and give me a recommedation based on what I was feeling. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I've ever had. I didn't want to leave the table. After my massage I had a spa pedicure with Rhonda who was extremely knowledgeable about your skin and what affects it. The pedicure was relaxing and i had a great foot massage.
