They move pretty quick which I appreciated. The lady who did my pedicure made sure that I was more than comfortable and was very nice!

Me an my two friends made appointments today and were beyond satisfied with our service. All of the staff Jimmy, Lynn, Ricky, and Kim were so nice and fun to work with. spent a couple of hours here, service not good. showed one of the techs a nail set that i wanted, said ok. My nails turned out nothing like the picture I would understand if she couldn't do it but why not say that? if you know you cannot achieve the picture atleast say sorry I don't know how to do that and it would've been fine. She was complaining the whole time as well whenever i told her that she was missing stuff, like diamonds. Kept getting smart comments made. They took off a basically brand new set that was awful super quickly and painlessly even though it was all over my skin and were super accommodating. Everyone was very nice and super detail-oriented. I visit this place twice; the first time was impressive, but my second visit was horrible. I had a manicure (dipping) which I lost a nail the second day I was on vacation in Costa Rica. I also had a pedicure and discovered a blister on my baby toe that was not revealed until I visit another shop. I also request a waxing, and was told to come back, because she didn't have time. I was visiting family from out of state and after a long flight, husband and I just wanted to get a simple pedicure. Was immediately greeted at the front. The place was clean & modern. Wife talked me into getting a pedicure. First time getting one and was caught by surprise. I got my feet soaked, toe nails trimmed, and even got my feet massaged. The place was nice and clean. The last time I went to this place was back in January of 2018 and it was the worst service I ever gotten. One lady that was working on my nails was cutting my cuticles so fast that she cut me. Do not go!!!!!!! I went because it was in a convenient spot! They cut me with the drills! They were so rough! And they did not do a good job! My nails itchy underneath because they didn't clean with the drill!! I came in with a smile and left very very sad! I've been getting my nails done for years all over the world and this was the worst! They also over charged me and when I questioned the charge they yelled at me. I believe in first time impression and my experience was not good at all. Came for a pedi new to the area so i decided to give it a try. The place can you a some TLC. They had me in the pedi seat for 45 minutes, only 2 ladies working. Then as the lady is painting my toe nails it looked like she just slapped the nail polish on my toe nails and called it a day. She got mad bc I asked her to redo my nails. I'm not sorry for asking you to redo my nails when your job is to do pedi's. I've been going to this place simply because it's convenient to my house, and I usually request Holly. They have good prices but make too many mistakes. If you try this place, go in the morning when they are more focused and not exhausted or they will cut your skin with the drills. The last straw for me was when Holly cut me twice and still would not give me a discount on her poor service. She took my card and swiped $450 instead of $45, and instead of telling me about the error first, tried to do the math on her own to refund the difference but ended up taking out more. Terrible paid to leave... the dude was awful. Because of all the times the nail industry want to become hostile when you are unhappy with the work they perform. I just paid to leave. There to get my nails dipped and they are long and I pay to keep them maintained. This dude drilled off the top coat, of which I'm used to have that happen. I told him "these are my nails,I'd prefer to soak the acrylic off. Do you know this dude expected me to stick all 5 of my fingers into the sponge jar others used to remove their polish. The dude was offended when I said can you just wrap them in foil or something. So we got past this... I chose a unicorn glitter which would have been beautiful if it was placed on my nail bed instead of encasing my finger since he could not stay within the line. This guy then take a jar marked crystal clear and pours in white and tried to convince me it was clear as the unicorn sparkles left. I laughed out loud and asked how much do I owe you when this clown proceeded to use the drill to cut away excess acrylic and draw me the widest nail. I had the worst experience EVER at this nail salon! I explained from beginning that I only wanted black tips with acrylic as I do not notice any difference with the more expensive gel, etc. Unbeknownst to me, this upset the nail tech who proceeded to dip the tips in liquid followed immediately by adding nail glue then pushing onto my nail which caused a burning effect! I said owe! and pulled back she said well the tips you want won't stay without doing that it's the tips, I told her I have had the same type tips many times and no tech has ever mixed a liquid that burned my nails, they turned out terrible with the look of "bubbles" on the black tip and she again blamed it on the tips! It didn't hit me until she kept bringing up the type of nails I wanted that she was upset I wasn't allowing her to upsell me! I should have stopped her then sued her for intentionally trying to chemically burn me, it was unreal! read more
