I would recommend them they are quick to answer any questions I had and was very understand for the loss of my pet. Process was super easy good on price and beautiful keepsakes they give you. It's not easy losing a pet because they grow to become part of your family and are more like your children then animals. Thank you again pet heavenly for offering your service

Many places were closed, or very expensive, it was a Sunday. So those I did reach were not in my area. When I called this place I was crying. I am not sure Johnathon was even able to understand me. He was so kind, gave me time to collect myself and explain what was going on. Again it was a Sunday, later in the day and he was going to be going home soon. I live about 45 min. from his ofc. He gave me choices on what I could do if I couldn't get her to him that night. My husband and I decided we wanted to get Bella there asap and my husband didn't want me driving because I was so upset. One of the options he gave me was I could bring her to him at that time and he would wait for us to arrive. Again this was on a Sunday, around 4pm and we live about 45 minutes away. I am so grateful for how kind, caring and understanding the owner was with me that day. He waited, and about 45 minutes later we arrived. I filled out some paperwork, picked my sweet girl Bella's Urn. From the moment i arrived there he took care of my sweet girl. Again i was in tears, the owner listened to me as i cried telling him how hard it was to say good bye to her. He listened to me as i told the story of how my mom picked her out for me almost 17yrs ago. He listened to me as i explained how almost 2 yrs i lost my mom and saying goodbye to my sweet girl was hard especially since my mom picked Bella out from the litter. Never once did he make me feel rushed. He just listened with a kind caring heart. I am truly grateful for his kind heart that day. Thank you to the owner for everything. Most people are probably wondering the cost. All i can say is the price here was much less than any of the other places i called that day that actually answered there phone. When i say much less, i mean much less. He explained it could take up to 3 weeks i believe is what he said It took less than 2 wks to get a call letting me know I could pick up Bella ashes. They called me to let me know i could come down and pick her up but we were out of state. I wasn't expecting too get a call till after we returned. That call came halfway threw our trip. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I will be referring friends and family. Today i called to see when i could come by to pick up my sweet Bella. I spoke with Shannon. She was also very kind. She listened to me as talked about my precious Bella. What an amazing, kind, caring, compassionate grp of people in this ofc. I am so grateful for all the kindness they have showed me since that day i brought my precious girl to them. Thank you all for the kindness you showed me when I was so upset. Thank you for the kind words, you will never know how much it meant to me that day. Thank you all for taking care of my sweet Bella and letting me know her ashes are ready for pickup, but also being so understanding about me not making it to pick her up right away due to being out of state, and needing a ride to come get her. Thank you, Kerry

Recently, we had to help our almost 18-year-old dachshund, Dodger, cross the Rainbow Bridge. He had been with me since I was a teenager, so we truly grew up together. He wasn't just a dog. He was family. As the last of our five-dachshund dynasty, saying goodbye marked the end of an era for our family. We were there the day he was born, and nearly two decades later, it felt like such a full-circle moment to surround him with that same love as we helped him peacefully cross the Rainbow Bridge. From my very first phone call, I knew we were in the right hands. In full transparency, I wasn't my best self when Dawn answered, as I had been dreading making that call. Yet he met me with nothing but patience, kindness, and compassion. He answered every question without ever making me feel rushed and quickly replaced my fear with peace. His care didn't stop there. On the day of our appointment, he kept me updated on when to expect Dr. Nicole, checked in afterward, notified our primary veterinarian of Dodger's passing, and handled every detail with incredible thoughtfulness. He truly provided a white-glove experience, allowing us to focus entirely on loving Dodger instead of managing the logistics. The handwritten note we received afterward meant more to our family than he'll probably ever know. Dr. Nicole gave our family the most beautiful gift: a peaceful, love-filled goodbye at home. From the moment she arrived, her expertise and emotional intelligence were evident. She took the time to get to know Dodger and our family before anything else, allowing what could have felt like a heartbreaking appointment to instead become a meaningful celebration of his life. She thoughtfully explained every step, intuitively meeting each of us exactly where we were in our grief. She somehow knew when to speak, when to sit quietly, when to gently guide us, and when to give us space. She made sure each member of our family was truly ready before moving forward, honoring that everyone grieves differently. What impressed me most was that she never allowed the experience to feel clinical. Every detail was handled with remarkable tenderness and intention. Even something as routine as placing Dodger's catheter was done so thoughtfully and discreetly that our focus remained entirely on loving him instead of the medical process. Afterward, she lovingly swaddled him with such care and respect that it felt like she was caring for one of her own. Every interaction reflected dignity, compassion, and genuine love. As heartbreaking as that day was, Dr. Nicole gave us the incredible gift of peace, allowing us to be fully present with Dodger in his final moments and leaving us with the comfort of knowing we had given him the beautiful goodbye he deserved. Thank you, Dr. Nicole, Dawn, and the Serene Passages team for treating not only Dodger, but our entire family, with such dignity, compassion, and love. You transformed what could have been one of the most heartbreaking days of our lives into one that honored a life so deeply loved. We will carry that gift with us forever.

Our Bella was a 15 year old Aussie when we made the decision to euthanize her at home. Dr Nicole communicated with us throughout the day as to her arrival time. She was so extremely kind and supportive. She explained to us how the process works and gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. This was the best possible outcome for an incredibly painful experience. It has been a month since Bella's death and I finally can write this without crying. Dr Nicole really helped us feel that we had made the right decision. Godspeed Bella and thank you so much for all your love over the many years.

The level of compassion, the patience, the fairness in pricing--it almost felt too good to be true. The second visit confirmed it wasn't a fluke. And now, after our third visit, I can confidently say: this place is truly special. I brought in my sweet chocolate lab, Blue, who was dealing with a pretty bad ear infection. From the moment we walked in, the care and attention we received were on another level. Derek took the time to thoroughly clean and flush her ears--not rushed, not careless, but gentle and intentional. He even showed me how to properly do it myself at home, which I appreciated more than I can say. That kind of education and transparency is rare. Then the doctor--Dr. A (last name started with a Z, I wish I remembered it better)--absolutely blew me away. Instead of jumping straight into the exam, he took the time to connect with Blue first. He recognized immediately that she's a sensitive girl and doesn't love strangers. So what did he do? He got down on the floor with her. He talked calmly, gave her space, and let her come to him. Within minutes, she went from anxious and panting to calm and trusting. I've never seen anything like it. He was then able to examine her completely--from nose to tail--without stress, without force, without fear. That alone speaks volumes about his skill and character. What also meant a lot to me is that he took the time to listen to everything I had to say--even my more holistic approaches (as my husband jokingly calls it, my "hocus pocus"). He didn't dismiss me. He respected me. He explained things clearly and made me feel confident that my dog is in great health overall. He also had an honest conversation with me about the risks of not spaying at her age, but in a respectful way--no pressure, no judgment. They truly respect your choices as an owner while still giving you the information you need. That balance is rare. At a time when so many places feel rushed, transactional, and overpriced, this clinic is the complete opposite. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and fair. I am beyond grateful to have found them. Bleu is already feeling better, and I feel better knowing she's in such good hands.

Even though the girl offers a card of her nose print and a paw I really wanted the clay mold. 210.00 is not what was important it was this sweet loving dog I see before me as a memento. I feel like I'm dying all over again. I'm very disappointed on how someone in the office just didn't double check while putting it in the system or telling the place she was cremated at.
