We knew our boy Moose, whom we had since he was 3-5 years old who was now 15-17 needed Paws into Grace. It's not what we wanted (him gone) but it was the right thing to do since he had become ill and wasn't wanting to eat. In contacting them over the phone and sharing our situation, the attendant was extremely responsive and empathetic to our situation. As the date got closer, our poor boy declined quicker and we even had to move the date up. The company was super flexible and understanding and we were grateful they were able to accommodate this move to two days earlier. When the day came, we were certainly sad. When Dr. Benson arrived, she was soft spoken and kind. She greeted Moose and as soon as he noticed someone had walked in he got up and wagged his tail the best he could. This scene brought me to tears because that was the essence of who Moose was as our pet. He loved ALL humans and was always seeking their attention. Dr. Benson pet Moose and gave him love and affection. He received it and then went to his bed shortly after. She explained the process to us from start to finish. She was gentle in her wording and handling of every last detail. We set Moose up in one of his favorite sunning spots in the yard on his bed. And gracefully, Moose crossed over the rainbow bridge. We were given plenty of time to spend with Moose as the sedative worked and then after the final moments we were able to say our final goodbyes. The gentlemen who came to take care of Moose afterwards was soft spoken and extremely kind. He took care of Moose and left respectfully as he came. We are so grateful from start to finish how this went with our beloved boy. We will forever miss him. But the send off he was given will be forever a part of his journey. Thank you, Paws into Grace. Your whole team are gems.

Paws Into Grace made one of the hardest days our family has ever faced a little more peaceful. The veterinarian came to our home and was compassionate, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. They spoke gently to our entire family, even acknowledging and helping our new puppy understand what was happening. We never felt rushed and were given all the time we needed to say goodbye to Sheriff. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and dignity they showed during such a heartbreaking moment, and I would highly recommend their services.

It's been 3 weeks today since we said goodbye to Wookie. I got him back yesterday and I'm happy to have him home. I had a ring made with his ashes in it and I love it! From beginning to end, the process was smooth and everyone was so kind and compassionate every step of the way. HUGE shout out to Dr. Benson who came out to help Wookie transition. She couldn't have been any kinder. I highly recommend Paws Into Grace. While I'm not looking forward to the day I have to call them yet again, I would in an instant.

I cannot express my gratitude for the staff here that were so compassionate after the sudden passing of my senior cat, Lady. Her passing came on very suddenly at an emergency vet clinic nearby and they were beyond helpful in helping arrange everything. When I arrived there was a specific bed that was awaiting her and she was handled with the greatest care when she was placed in it so we could say our final goodbyes. Her remains came back beautifully displayed and in a timely fashion. There was never any pushing towards a more expensive package than the one we chose which was also very deeply appreciated. The staff were compassionate, kind, and held a very sacred space for my little girl and for the people that loved her so much. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. It's taken me over a year to write this, but you're doing incredible work in stewarding over our beloved animals that have passed.

Updating because I just picked up my memorial items. Waiting 3 weeks for them to be returned to me was more difficult than I expected emotionally, but everything was exactly as I picked out and the office was calm and welcoming. I was surprised how well they captured his stripes/different colors in the fur clipping and how much it would mean to me to see his fur again. The paw print was also well done. Thank you for taking such good care of my boy.

I'm so grateful to Paws Into Grace. They are responsive, reliable and humane during one of the most painful processes a pet owner can go through. They were easy to get on the phone to schedule an appointment, they offer in-home euthanasia (which is a must in my opinion), and they offer aquamation which produces lower carbon emissions than cremation. They offer many different remembrance items to choose from and they own and operate their aquamation facility; ensuring the highest level of quality and assurance. I can't thank Dr. Klaus enough for his compassion, professionalism and humanity in helping our Bentley cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Bentley felt no pain and Dr. Klaus explained the process prior to beginning and he allowed me to hold my Bentley on my lap during the entire process. I'm so thankful to Dr. Klaus and Paws Into Grace for this compassionate experience.

Hi, what is the cost to cremation for a dog about 60-70lbs? What do you offer?

My cat Chelsea passed away at home, peacefully. She was 16 years young. Since all of that happened without realizing it and after hours, I panicked a bit regarding what to do and how quickly to do it. From the moment I reached out to Peaceful Waters Aquamation, they treated me with so much kindness, patience, and understanding. Jennifer, who welcomed us, knew how much Chelsea meant to me and handled everything with genuine compassion and respect. What really meant the most was how gentle and thoughtful they were throughout the entire process. They didn't treat this like just another service, they truly honored my cat's life. That level of care made a heartbreaking situation just a little bit easier to bear. I selected to have Chelsea's ashes to be delivered in person. Kristine who delivered my cat's remains, handled everything beautifully and with such attention, it gave me a sense of peace knowing my pet was cared for so respectfully. Lastly, I can't say enough of how beautiful the paw prints were as well as the ashes in her little blue bag. I decided to purchase an urn somewhere else, but the way everything was presented to me upon reception made it feel like my cat was back home and it felt very comforting. I can't thank Peaceful Waters Aquamation enough for their compassion and support. If you're going through the loss of a beloved pet, I highly recommend them, they truly make a difference when you need it most.

One acquaintance did call Peaceful Passing after I suggested it, and had a lovely experience with the service. I believe it was Dr. Boisse who visited her, but I'm not sure. So when the time came for my own rabbit to pass on, of course I called Peaceful Passing. The scheduling worked out ok: Abbey was helpful and compassionate, and a veterinarian was called to come to my home on fairly short notice (during those pandemic days when it was very hard to get a vet appointment anywhere). Unfortunately the vet who came out was neither Dr. Haver nor Dr. Boisse. She came to us after her regular work shift at a pet hospital, and frankly seemed tired and a bit rushed. This is understandable, under the circumstances, and on some level I appreciate her trying to "fit us in." But it did not contribute to a peaceful experience for us, and I feel that it would have been more ethical for the vet to decline an appointment she was not capable of performing appropriately. She also did not take her shoes off, which in times of the RHDV2 virus is just unacceptable. (We had other rabbits living with us.) But the worst part was that the vet clearly did not have rabbit experience, and should not be making house calls for rabbits. She scared our rabbits and did not know how to handle her little patient, who died in terror and confusion. The entire euthanasia experience took an eternity, and everything about it was absolutely traumatic for our entire family. I'm truly sorry to be so blunt, but it felt more like an execution than the peaceful euthanasia we had wanted for our little bunny girl. At the end the vet unceremoniously packed up our deceased rabbit's body and left in a hurry -- without giving us time to say good-bye, and with barely an "I'm sorry." I was so distressed after this experience that I couldn't even bring myself to write a review -- I just wanted to forget about the whole thing. But I had to call another home euthanasia service the other day for another beloved pet who was ready to go. And this was such a beautiful experience that it made my awful episode with Peaceful Passing feel even worse by comparison. I decided to finally leave my review, because I really do feel the need to warn others about what happened to us. I'm giving a second star only because I have to believe, based on everything I have heard about Peaceful Passing, that this must have been a horrible exception to their usual level of service. I have heard nothing but good things about Dr. Boisse and Dr. Haver, but I cannot recommend this other veterinarian at all. (She was not at the time, and is not now, listed on Peaceful Passing's website, so I don't know her name.)
