Placed an online order, went to pick it up based on my email. DD got there, they said their online order system is acting up and they just got the order and it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later DD got home with pizzas, 2 Goliaths and 1 Cauliflower that all were supposed to have 5 toppings, the Goliath meat barely had meat. The other Goliath had minimal amounts of the 5 toppings and the cauliflower, was just a cheese pizza. I called to explain my unhappiness, talked to Reagan and she basically told me oh well. I'm disputing these charges on my cc and will absolutely be leaving this review everywhere for everyone to see how badly this establishment is run This is unacceptable. I want to start this review with stating that your online ordering system is a HUGE pain to use. Not only is it not user friendly, it requires you to spend at least $12. This makes no sense. Staff: I only had dealings with one staff member and he was very pleasant and helpful. Pizza: overall it was decent pizza. It lacks that special something to set it apart though. If I want lackluster pizza, I can get it at the chain pizza places. The thing you have going for you is that you are a locally owned restaurant and I really hope you guys keep doing great. Would have given zero stars if I could. This business has posted prices 21.99 for the deal. It is NOT correct. When I showed the prices on the website, I had to talk to four people who continually told me the "manager" raised the prices because of Covid and they couldn't give me the pizza deal because the manager said so. Over the phone the lady said the price difference was because of tax. This is also not true. This place lost my business...two pizzas, breadsticks, and a drink wasted when they could have just honored their prices they have posted. Will not return. :( read more

The outside makes it look creepy, but the inside is a nice surprise. It's very clean and modern. The arcade is large and up to date, I would be happy to have a kids birthday party or gathering there. The Pizza sizes on the menu have good options and a lot of people got orders quickly while we were there. The food itself was surprisingly mediocre and the buffet was rather small, which is the reason for only three stars. I would recommend if you're passing through and looking for pizza. read more

Took the family to the buffet. Loved the hometown environment and that they had Christian music playing. Pizza and salad bar was good. I didn't have to fight the kids to eat their food and they loved the ice cream and cookies. The baby back ribs were killer and I really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak pizza. The guy at the front desk even gave the kids some cotton candy on the way out. Ordered 3 pies and a pizza melt hoagie. Pizzas were well made, crust is a little on the thick side and bread-y. Sauce and toppings are fresh, plentiful and tasty. Sauce is not too sweet, but well seasoned. Hoagie was good with pepperoni added for a nice touch. Overall a good experience and nice folks at the counter when I picked up the order. Great pizza and good value. We ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon bread and Heavenly Pizza delivered in 35 minutes to the Country Inn (also a great place!). Just....no. Went in at 6:30pm and decided on the buffet since I was by myself. Of course you pay first, ask questions later. Picked through wilted and brown salad pieces for a small salad. Went up to get some pizza and everything was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. Appears warmer was off. Asked if I could just order a pizza instead, was told the salad was $6.54 (buffet price,) but they would take $2 off any pizza I ordered. Really? Pass. The pizza is great. Always. The wings are pretty good: Usually. The price is fair every time. The problem: May, they will take forever to deliver sometimes, they will deliver the wrong things, bring the wrong items, or even show up carrying the pizza ON THE EDGE, so it all slides off and pools up in one edge of the box. One time I ordered the GOLIATH pizza, and it showed up looking like it had been in a tumble dryer. It really didn't take long for Heavenly Pizza to go to hell. When they first opened they were pretty good but that faded away quickly. This last time I got a large pepperoni pizza. If you measured the slice 1/3 of each slice was only crust. There were a total of 10 pepperonis which almost made it a cheese pizza, had there been more cheese. Terrible experience!!! No food on the bar. Salad bar empty. No clean tables to eat at. Rude employee service. We were there hour and half waiting for them to bring out the pizza they said they would make. Called and tried to make them aware of it and was treated so rude on the phone. Manager acted like to us we was lying trying to get free food. This was not reason we were calling. We thought they may want to know how bad it was. We have been a loyal customers and was told by the owner if we ever had a concern to call him. The person we spoke with did not care at all in our opinion. WILL NEVER BE BACK. My first and last time visiting this place. Ordered pizza and wings for carry out. Was told 20 min and it took 40 min. Pizza was burnt and the wings were horrible!!! Heard the front-end help calling customers who never received their orders due to computer problems- restaurant thought they were made and delivered! Found on internet while traveling- drove 15 minutes to find it. Girl at counter said close to eight which it was 715 that I would not have time to make fresh pizza so we would just have to eat what was on the buffet. It was 7:15 so we thought they would at least bring out a fresh cheese or pepperoni pizza- never did- they did bring out cheese sticks. another couple ordered pizza buffet and they made them at their own fresh pizza and were so friendly to them. The waitress came over and asked them how their experience was. We thought maybe they were locals but it was their first time there we do not know why they got special treatment but they could at least offer to make us a pizza but because we have a big family I guess they were too lazy. At least 1 fresh pizza on the buffet would be nice but I felt like they just did not want to deal with my family. The salad bar was ok but most things in it were almost empty. They had spaghetti marinara was a real thin sauce. All the tables were dirty. Sweet tea was very sour.
