This was probably the worst Pizza ever. A large pizza was probably only about 12 inches in diameter, with an order of extra sausage and pepperoni, there was enough pepperoni and sausage to cover a normal pizza. There was nothing extra about it. On a plus side, the delivery was on time, but it definitely was not worth the money. Save it and go somewhere else. read more

This papa johns is amazing and so is the manager. They always make my pizza perfect and are so kind and helpful. When I place an order, the manager has my pizza ready to go when I walk in. She immediately hands it to me and wishes me a good day. She also helped feed a federal office during the shutdown at cost!!!! An entire stinking office!! Tried to order a pizza online and the app was messed up. I called into the store and placed my order. When I went into the store I asked if they could honor the online price since the app was broken. I order from here all the time! Which means I've spent a lot of money here! The last time I ordered food they charged my account $45 and never brought my pizza. They ended up closing the store without delivering my food. And I had to explain to three kids that we're hungry that their pizza was MIA. Placed an order for cheese sticks at 11:30 on a TUESDAY. I live .8 miles from the restaurant. I called at 12:20 to figure out where my food was. She said he was on his way with it. I literally live .8 miles down the road. It is now 12:40. It doesn't take 20 minutes to get here. I am extremely frustrated. THANK GOD I didn't order pizza and wings. I will never go here again for the rest of my life. I called in a pizza at 11:00 and said it would be her at 11:30. So I sat around a fire in our front yard waiting on it with my family. After and hour of waiting I got tired and and called to see where it was and they said the driver canceled it after pulling in the driveway and calling 6 times to see if anyone was home. I told them that we were all home and we never got a call from anyone and offered to show them. I asked to see if they might have got the address wrong or phone number wrong but they were both correct so I talked to the driver. I asked him why he didn't deliver the food and he told me when he got there no one was home and he called then left. I understand that it was late and I would have tipped well but the fact that he lied to me straight to my face really pissed me off. read more

I am from out of town and been on the road all day. I always do papa johns. Its usually so good. Today the pizza was a mess. I ordered a half and half and all the toppings slid to one side. The pizza what i could eat was disgusting. Tasted burnt but the cheese was done. Makes me think that the oven is in need of maintenance or proper cleaning. Driver was nice. read more

When we first moved to London 1 year ago their pizza was the best ever. Now the last 2 times it has been awful. We have complained both times and nothing has been done. Worst customer service ever! I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. I was told it would take 26 to 36 minutes. It took one hour and five minutes. When I drove the 30 minute drive home and started to serve the pizza to my family, I saw I had absolutely no chicken on it! None! I contacted the store and asked to speak with a manager. After being on hold for a very long time a man answer the phone and asked how he could help. Explain the situation. He said he could remake the pizza if I wanted to drive the 30 minutes to come pick it up or he could give me a promo code for 40% off my next purchase. I explained that I used a promo code for 30% off that I got online tonight. So, that wasn't satisfactory. I also explained that I would have to drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back home resulting in an hour longer delay and my children getting to eat when the pizza already took 30 to 45 minutes longer to make than the website said. He explained that I did not purchase in cash so he could not give me a refund, partial refund, or do anything else. This was the London Kentucky location. I purchase pizzas often from the Corbin Kentucky and Hopkinsville Kentucky locations. On the rare occasion that Corbin makes a mistake, they immediately refund your account or credit you with a free pizza. The Hopkinsville location has even called and told me that they all were running out or low of an ingredient and asked If they could substitute the ingredient and gave me a steep discount. They have made errors on my orders before as well, but not very often and the manager always apologizes and corrects it. The London Kentucky location has a lot to learn about customer service, being nice to people, and lying about times to pick up orders. I would not eat at this location and less you just want to ruin your evening and your dinner. read more
