Recently one underage female associate was punched in the face leaving a bruise. The managers do not report these frequent occurrences because it reflects poorly on their already basically non-existent leadership skills. It's a restaurant in the front and a fight club in the back and management does not care as long as the food slowly trickles out to customers at the cost of a safe professional work environment. No manager should be allowed to hold that position if they cannot manage the issue in the store and refuse to report such occurrences to corporate headquarters. They instead are totally complacent with the dangerous and hostile work environment they've created and allow to continue. This store in particular needs more oversight from corporate and management needs to be re-evaluated from the top down.
