I ordered a hand tossed cheese pizza and garlic cheese stick. the cheese sticks were fine but the cheese pizza I received was burnt black it was burnt so bad they wasn't even any cheese on it and it was thin crust you could touch it and it would crumble. I have never seen a pizza so bad in my whole life this is my first bad experience with this Pizza Hut I also went thru door dash due to them not delivering to my houses bc I'm out of the delivery area I have photos of this pizza it was delivered on 01/15/26 @ 4:45 pm . I have reached out to door dash who has done nothing and I reached out to the Pizza Hut chat and so far no response and now mind I spent $32.85 on this to receive a pizza that was and inedible. Yum! Brands done away with Dine In so we always have to eat in our vehicle. The Pizza Hut in London is run down and disgusting looking. Twice we have ordered a pizza with Lite Sauce but the waitress (Charlene) at the POS did not tell the kitchen staff and the pizza came to us very saucy. The food quality has severely diminished from how it was years ago. I don't know what Yum! Brands is thinking. Very poor quality food. Very poor quality service. Bring back the Pizza Hut from the 1990's and I'd be there every week. As it is, we're not eating there again. Done. read more

Ok I have given this Pizza Hut another chance and I can honestly tell you that they are knocking it out of the park! The new management is awesome! I don't know the name of the guy that always checks me out and takes care of everything but he is awesome. He busts his butt and you can tell he's one of (if not the only) the reason this place is doing so good! He takes pride in everything he does and is always super pleasant to deal with. So lazy. Asked to eat in and they said no dine in but had several of their friends sitting and eating the food there. I understand covid restrictions but I could see several people there eating. I was pretty much said no to because they're too lazy to get off their phones and help people or even take an order. I will not order from Pizza Hut again!! I placed my order online with a pickup time of 6:15, my daughter also had an order for 6:15 so she asked me to pick hers up as well while I was there. I arrived at 6:13 , both orders showed ready on the screen so I paid for mine and the girl behind the counter said it would be just a minute so I waited. Several orders with a pickup time of 6:26 were brought out to the customers , so I asked her where mine was and she said it was bumped because I wasn't there on time! By this time I was more than just a bit annoyed so I asked when my order was going to be ready and she said another 10 minutes. I asked her what happened to it because it showed ready when I came in and she said well I can give you your money back!!! I told her one of the orders was for my daughter who had used her credit card so I stepped outside to call her to see if she wanted to cancel and go somewhere else , but while I was on the phone with her the girl brought the pizza out to the vehicle, it was 6:42!! Not only was it very late but I had asked for light sauce, hand tossed and extra cheese, it was dripping with sauce, no extra cheese and it was not hand tossed. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Let's first start with the ambiance...oh wait there isn't one. This place was filthy....they barely had pizza and salad. I was hoping I didn't have to use the restroom but when nature calls....you go, so naturally, I went. We ordered their three course meal. They brought all three out at the same time. No plates. No silverware. THEY'RE OUT OF SILVERWARE!!! No sauce for wings or cinnamon sticks. I called in a medium pizza with pineapples and bacon. When I called the pizza in I didn't even talk to someone at the store I talked to a lady who worked at like a call center or something. I want to talk to a real person not someone reading a script. We know she didn't work at the store and that the phone call didn't take place at the London location because we mentioned it to the lady behind the counter. She said when they are busy people like the lady I had talked to will take my order. We finally got our pizza, got back in the truck ready to go home when I had the good idea to check the pizza. I checked it and it was wrong. It was a pineapple and ham pizza when I stated 3+ times on the phone that I wanted pineapples and bacon not pineapples and ham. So we went back in and asked them to fix it. The lady behind the counter tried to tell me that it was right then told us we had to wait 20 minutes longer for another pizza. So we waited. We finally got the pizza back and it was wrong AGAIN! We just said forget it and left. The bread sticks we also got with it from the first order we took them back in and they were cold when we got the second pizza back. We will no longer be ordering over the phone through Pizza Hut or even try to stop in or order online with this location because the workers are rude and don't even care. I haven't had Pizza Hut in s while and thought try again, the staff was friendly but pizza bad. The left off one of my toppings and tasted kinda stale and cheap. I also tried the boneless wings. I am a life long resident of London. I eat at Pizza Hut quite often let me first say that I wouldn't have told anyone to go there not because of the bad food... I have had some food that was bad but it was due to the cooks not fixing it as I requested... So lets get to the long and short of it.. The things that I have noticed are the bathrooms do need to be improved. That being said I have seen a lot of improvements, most of my delivers from there have been correct and in a decent time period. The delivery guy has been very respectful. Now back to the store, I have noticed different (New) employees have been working there and they seem to be learning and they have been very nice although they could be quicker with refills when they aren't to busy. I do notice a lot of standing around at times. I do not like the language they use at times and only a few... Need their mouths washed out with soap... Just Saying. The Manager is very nice and respectful (unsure of her name) unlike the previous Manager (he was rude), So I do think that their has been a lot of improvements. I do and will go there often I will do my best to avoid the servers who are rude... They do have one lady Hester I think is her name she always get's my order incorrect so I will try to avoid her. Their was a lot of arguing with the staff (unsure of relationship) and that seems to have calmed down. I tip by the service I get weather it is delivery or dine in. I am not going to tip someone who is talking or smoking while I have to get my own drink refilled. Over all Food was Great, Delivery has improved in the last few weeks, Servers need some improvement. Ordered bone-in wings and a deep dish and cheese sticks for a pick-up, they said 20 minutes. I got there around 20 minutes, we only live 5 minutes away so I took my time. I paid for my food while waiting for it to finish with a debit card. The lady tells me after I paid that they are out of sauce that we ordered the bone-in wings. So I chose another. Get home and our pizza wasn't deep dish. Our cheese sticks wasn't even cooked all the way. And the bone-in wings was BONELESS. So I called back and they said they was closing in 5 minutes so I would have to be put down as a remake for the next day. I spoke to the manager the next day and they didn't have me down for a remake like they said. They magically had the sauce they was out of the night before. All around worst service I'v had in awhile. The employees and managers seem clueless and the restaurant looked like it hadn't been swept or moped properly in ages. Ten years ago Pizza Hut was one of my favorite places to eat. They have went down hill drastically. I will NEVER be back. read more
