It's fast casual Italian but this particular location was well run and clean (except for the restrooms - yikes). The service was fast and friendly and let's be honest, the breadsticks are the star of the show. They were hot, fresh and bountiful. They've spiced up the Alfredo sauce and it's definitely not bland. Sooooo I don't know what the Management has done, but they've hit the nail on the head! Not only did Fazoli's undergo a complete and massive make-over, but the attitude of the staff and the quality of food has improved a lot as well! The last time I ate there.. my shoes got stuck to the slimy floor and the stink of stale cheese sauce assured my nostrils Hence, I didn't go there for 2-3 years! But after the overhaul, I thought of giving it one more try and I'm glad I did. The menu is more or less the same as always but they have introduced a few good combos for the budget conscious. Quantities are large as ever but the food quality is better. Bread sticks are realllllly good especially fresh out of the oven. I tried the 3 sampler and also the penne with meat sauce.. not bad at all! My wife and I were road-tripping from Tampa to Michigan and decided to stop in London for the night. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express right across the street, and when we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately spotted Fazoli's. Neither one of us had ever heard of Fazoli's before, so we were curious to see what it was about. We were both tired and hungry, and the idea of something quick and close by was appealing to us. When we pulled up our phones to do some research, we were excited to discover that Fazoli's is the same idea as Taco Bell, but for Italian food. We immediately dropped our stuff off in our room and headed across the street to give it a try. Because we were so tired, we were both craving something substantial and comforting. On entering, the facility was immaculately clean, and the staff greeted us as friends. They asked if we'd ever been to a Fazoli's before and when we said no, they took a lot of time explaining the menu and how the concept works. I ordered the baked lasagna and my wife ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo. After paying, we were asked to sit down and imagine my surprise as the staff brought us our meals on actual plates with actual silverware. There wasn't any paper or plastic to be found anywhere! They also brought us some delicious buttery and salty breadsticks which felt good on my belly. We took our time and ate slowly. Both dishes were great, and my wife and I were picking off of each other's plates. I'm a big guy, and I can eat a lot, but I wasn't able to finish the lasagna portion that I was given. My wife and I had little take-home boxes. While the food is heavy, it didn't make me feel bad. I'm not sure if Fazoli's makes everything fresh each day, but everything tasted fresh. I don't know how they're doing it, but this trip made me a Fazoli's fan. read more

We were so excited when we found this Fazoli's on our road trip! The food was very good!!! You can add a salad and a drink to any meal for $2.99. Everything comes with unlimited breadsticks which are tastier than Olive Garden's breadsticks, in my opinion. The manager kept checking on us and brought us extra breadsticks. I have only had one experience at this restaurant and based off that experience, I probably won't go back. I went through the drive and ordered two peoples pastas and asked for bread sticks. I was charged so much money for these breadsticks (that are FREE if you eat inside) that it was unreal! If it wasn't for the fact that I was asked specifically for breadsticks, I would've told them to keep them! Come on Fazolis! Breadsticks won't break the bank. read more

The staff her are wonderful! There were 2 bus boys that were working their tails off and the lady taking orders had it down pat. We were a group of 11 and everything was correct! So a disclaimer: I used to HATE Fazoli's! I don't know if they've stepped up their game on a corporate level or if it is this particular location, but the food is very solid for a fast food Italian chain. It's consistent, good quality, and from what I can see, a clean restaurant. If I was rating it against the best Italian I have ever had 1-2 stars, but let's be fair. I have never been to a Fazolis before, but the concept of fast-food pasta is so weird I love it. We got a family portion of spaghetti and it was great. I use to come here when I was growing up all the time. I moved away and came back while I was visiting. They have always been good but they remodeled and the place was very nice. Super friendly staff and a lot better menu. Still wish they had someone vegetarian dishes but it was great overall. Will always come back when I'm in. Once again I stopped in when I was In town. This time I must had misspoke when I ordered and asked for 3 ultimate meat samplers instead of the ultimate veggies (my parents are vegetarians) Aisha B was extremely helpful! Years ago Fazoli's had great bread sticks. Big and yeasty, comparable to those you get from the better big city pizzerias. Then came the change. The bread sticks shrunk and now taste like cheap brown and serve rolls. There goal became "make food as cheap as possible." This is budget food at a budget price. We have stopped her several times driving through. We drive through several times a year and this exit is always there when we start to get hungry. In the past we have had very good, and very bad experiences so we were not sure what to expect. There are not a lot of options that don't involve burgers, so we took a chance. On this visit it was clear that they are really making an effort. They have remodeled, and the staff are all very friendly and making sure customers have a good experience. The food was good, and seemed very fresh. A few years back on a visit, I actually threw away an untouched salad because it looked so bad, so this was a nice change. We are glad to have this refreshed Fazoli's as a dinner option when we are driving south. read more

Traveling from Florida (where fazolis are extinct) to Indiana and was super excited about seeing a familiar sign of a childhood-favorite restaurant. After ordering a vegetarian lasagna, we asked for Italian salad dressing. The cashier carelessly tossed Caesar to my vegetarian fiance. After being convinced to upgrade to a meal, we go to get our fountain soda from one of those 'Coca-Cola freestyle' machines. Only one was functioning, but the only choices were coke, diet, and coke zero. When attempting to pour a coke, the soda came out white, at least 90% soda water, no syrup. So we got sweet tea, just like every other person in the restaurant whom I can assume weren't informed of the drink options when they bought their meals either. The food was okay, as expected. Bread sticks and pizza are still on point, although I had to ask for some, not like how I remember the ones in Florida. read more

First of all, I have always loved Fazoli's, but things have changed. I have had problems the last 2 times I went there. I let the first time go because I thought it was just a fluke, but this last time was horrible. I got home, the meat sauce for my breadsticks was just flavored meat at the bottom of a big bowl, nothing really to dip the bread in. then when i lifted the bread out of the bag, the bottom was not sealed and they all fell out on the floor. The sampler we bought was barely any sauce, very dry, same for the Cabenaro. We called and all the person could tell me it wasnt their fault, the bread unsealed the bag and their meat sauce was like that. Then within an hour we were both sick and throwing up and have been all night! quality and service has went down the drain! I wont be back, I'm so sad about that, but I don't want to get sick again. read more

The food and the service were superb. The tomato based dishes had delicious rich sauce, and the chicken gnocchi soup was more unique and tasty. Their pumpkin caramel cheesecake was a decadent delightful ending. Their bread sticks are beyond compare--we have never had better anywhere. It is an inexpensive, quick meal that is first class. This was good for lunch today and was not busy at all. The staff appeared to be rather new and you could tell when you ordered. No one came around and offered breadsticks as in the past, so that was a little disappointing. Also, only one fountain drink, Coke Freestyle, was working. So, that was causing longer than normal lines for a drink. The staff seemed to be aware, but didn't mind the long lines for drinks.
