The salon is so not maintained. The bathroom is always disgusting and more importantly their beds…read moredo not function properly. The highest level beds and MOST expensive (room one and two) have been in disrepair for almost over two months now. Multiple lights on the facial and chest regions are totally burnt out and there are other body lamps that are also out. This can only be noticed when the sun bed is turned on. Room one also doesn't function properly- it has a setting where the face lamps can be adjusted, and as soon as the bed heats up the facial tanners drop down and cannot be turned back up so your face isn't getting a tan at all because the light is so weak. Staff and management has been notified about this numerous times and they have NOT done anything about it- which is HIGHLY disappointing considering we pay almost $100 for a level 5 tanning membership. Maintenance and ownership of this location has definitely gone downhill. I personally do not like having to come here and would prefer to go to the other tanning locations because they have much better quality beds and maintain their lamps. OWNERS and Management needs to wake up and get their head out of the fryer before their establishment gets shut down because clients are so fed up they stop paying.

Let me tell you that you will not be disappointed! Before my appointment she sent me pre and post tan instructions which were extremely helpful. The process was so quick and easy and because I didn't want any lines I did mine butt naked lol. She made me feel really comfortable as I am a little insecure with certain parts of myself, but her upbeat and humorous attitude made me feel at home. She's a total professional. She told me what to expect (don't freak out as the bronzer gets darker with time, sleep in it, wake up, rinse it) and I was left with the perfect tan as promised. I normally don't spend money on stuff like this, but thought I'd give it a try since I'm working out so much lately (wearing less makeup and I feel washed out). Day after service verdict: my lashes are sparse and short, so there is not a ton of help there (I'd still want mascara whenever I can), but it helps a tiny bit and would be better on someone who has more or longer lashes than I do. I LOVE the eyebrow lamination/tint a LOT more than I thought I would!! While I was there, I bought some jewelry for a new piercing I have since they have cute titanium grade studs with flatbacks. Melanie even gifted me a small bottle of hydrochloric acid since my piercing was a tad infected - SO sweet of her. I HIGHLY recommend this cute boutique and Melanie for someone trying out brow/lash/piercing services!!
