The salon is so not maintained. The bathroom is always disgusting and more importantly their beds…read moredo not function properly. The highest level beds and MOST expensive (room one and two) have been in disrepair for almost over two months now. Multiple lights on the facial and chest regions are totally burnt out and there are other body lamps that are also out. This can only be noticed when the sun bed is turned on. Room one also doesn't function properly- it has a setting where the face lamps can be adjusted, and as soon as the bed heats up the facial tanners drop down and cannot be turned back up so your face isn't getting a tan at all because the light is so weak. Staff and management has been notified about this numerous times and they have NOT done anything about it- which is HIGHLY disappointing considering we pay almost $100 for a level 5 tanning membership. Maintenance and ownership of this location has definitely gone downhill. I personally do not like having to come here and would prefer to go to the other tanning locations because they have much better quality beds and maintain their lamps. OWNERS and Management needs to wake up and get their head out of the fryer before their establishment gets shut down because clients are so fed up they stop paying.

Their hours are super convenient, and I've never had to wait for a bed. They have plenty available, and if the red light is busy, I'll just tan first and switch after. It's easy and stress-free. I'm canceling my membership this week and going to California Tan instead since I have to drive anyways. Room 3 (the best bed they have now since they removed the nice high pressure bed and replaced it with an old sun angel no one wants to use) has had bulbs out for over a year. I went today on a whim hoping it would have improved and sure enough, there are even more bulbs out!!! I can't believe the cost of a membership and this is the state of the downtown location! This should be one of the best! Why can you not provide a K11 bed like all the others? Why are you allowing almost half of the bulbs in the tanning beds to be out for months on end...And the staff is so nice but they will send you into the bed without warning you that half of the bulbs are out. I had to flip around half way through my tan to try to get even and ended up with a big burn on my leg from hitting the top. It's unacceptable. They don't offer hardly any spa services, it's the most bare bones location. It's so frustrating that this is such a convenient spot but I have to drive elsewhere to get my moneys worth.
