The service technician was nice but other than that, we were not impressed. 2 of the 3 area rugs did not come out great. Once dry, there were edges that were totally missed. I asked if the chemical that was sprayed on would harm our hardwood floor and he didn't seem to have a straight answer. I always give good reviews when things are good. Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaners was great! I received my quote and for the service I requested, it was a fair price, so I went with them. Not only were they on time, but early. I had already moved the furniture from where I want the carpet cleaned, and was ready to go when they got there. He wasted no time getting to work. Although the carpet was not extremely dirty, there were some high traffic areas that I needed to have gone over. He sprayed the treatment for the carpet and then brought up the machine and watched the echo friendly product do its work. An hour and a half later, I had to renew carpet! Heaven's Best did a great job. I was expecting and had made room for the full-size extraction truck and was shocked when a little van showed up. They only use a sprayer worth of chemicals and a buffer, yet all the stains and dirt still came up. The carpets were dry before they left so no having to wait for your carpets to dry. I picked this carpet cleaning company because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately i didn't have the same experience. My carpet was pretty clean but carpet is flat on the walking areas and also darker areas due to dust and walking. At first when it was cleaned it did look clean and fluffy but after it dried out it looked the same as it was initially. I didn't see them use any water to clean maybe the method is different than other companies i have used. The guys that did it were very friendly great communication and customer service but unfortunately i will have to clean my carpet again. read more

Called three different carpet cleaning services to get some quotes. The competition at one cleaning service was twice as expensive. The carpet cleaning from the other service Chem-Dry never ever returned our phone calls. We got a call right away from Mike the owner of the company and he told us the approximate cost and we set up a time right away. On the day of the cleaning he was 2 minutes early which is a great sign for dependability. He also returned another call we made to make sure we are were on the correct schedule and ask a few last-minute questions. Mike is a very pleasant and dependable person with an excellent Carpet Cleaning Service. We had not had our carpet clean since we built our house in 2002. There were a few stains under the bed from pets that were very very bad. After cleaning the carpet you couldn't even see any of those stains unless you got down on your hands and knees with some glasses. OMFG!!! I walked in the house last night and I could have sworn that we got new carpet! We've used many different companies and never have our carpets been so clean. Our carpets are a light color and with 3 kids (well 4 if you count my b/f...LOL) and 2 dogs, our carpets can get pretty nasty. I dropped a quart of salsa on the carpet in my office, and tried to clean it up with little success. The stain sat a couple days while I searched for a cleaner, and found Heaven's Best. The rep showed up as scheduled, and within 10 minutes the stain was completely gone! And this was some gnarly salsa! Needless to say, I was impressed. A short while later I needed to have the carpets cleaned in my apartment. Of course I thought of Heaven's Best because they are effective, fast, courteous, and priced right. This time I was doubly impressed because they were available the same day! Within a couple hours after I made the phone call I had clean carpets in my apartment, that were dry and I could walk on! This is actually a carpet cleaner. And they are the ONLY business that I will use. It is comparable to Chem Dry... but much better. The owner is very friendly and usually is the one that shows up to clean the carpet.
