Ditto the chewy and chocolate-lacking chocolate croissant. One spot of chocolate inside, horrible bready chewy exterior. These are croissants! Should be light and flaky by definition, even an Italian version. Not sure if Tuscan or hotel kitchen is at fault, or if they are shipped in from elsewhere, but the baked goods were baked bads. The avocado toast slice with tomatoes was the only winner in our entire order. We had been looking forward to trying this hotel cafe since it opened, and it was not at all worth our special stop or money or parking fee today. With so many cafe options, there is no need to give this another try when almost everything was a big letdown. If you are staying at the hotel, this may be the only game on the block, but I'm sorry to say they need to improve the service, efficiency, quality, and flavor.
