We saw this advertised and it's not too far from us so we stopped by one evening to see what they had. I got the Titan Gyro which was huge, plenty of food! I probably should have brought some home but it was so good I just kept eating. The place was clean and people were coming in for takeout on their way home, it kept busy. read more

This is my second time coming here but first time actually sitting down in the restaurant and enjoying my food. I really love the ambience because I love Greece and the food lol. Inside you'll see the nice blue wine bottles and things that represent Greece. The service is fast and wont have you waiting forever, which is a good thing. Now let's get to the food... We started off with the dip flights and really enjoyed it. Our favorite sauce is always the tzatziki and hummus. The other two say spicy but they aren't. For the main dish I ordered the Titan Bowl, which essentially is the Titan Gyro just without the flatbread and fries but with rice. Comes with all the meats, lamb, beef and chicken with their Karv sauce and it's delicious! Trust me you have to get the Titan, you won't be disappointed. read more

If you know me, you know I love Greek/Mediterranean cuisine -- the fresh, bright ingredients always hit. I stopped into @Karv Greek Kouzina right over the NH line in Windham & it was absolutely worth the drive. They've got everything from bowls & gyros to moussaka & Greek desserts. I met one of the owners, Alexander, who was incredibly welcoming & shared a bit of their story -- his passion for what they do truly shows. I ordered the Karv'd bowl with pork & it was packed with flavor -- especially the feta-peño (so good). I also had to get the avgolemono soup -- perfect lemon bite, perfect rice & chicken ratio. And the dips? All fire -- the spicy feta had the perfect kick. To top it off in true foodie-universe fashion, I happened to run into OG legend Dan Andelman from @Phantom Gourmet -- the guy who originally got me hooked on the foodie scene in the first place. read more

Ok so I stand corrected! Apparently, true Greek Fries are only seasoned, no Feta or dressing. Probably explains why the also offer Feta Fries on the menu which I didn't see. With that being said, and also being told everything on the menu is true to classic Greek recipes, I have to give them the missing star! read more

Wanted to love this place. I was thinking it would be authentic and traditional Greek fast casual. Kids behind the counter had little to no product knowledge about what they were serving. Shawarma chicken and meat was filled with mostly fat. It was greasy and fatty. Ruined our Greek salad. Mediterranean food that we have in Greece is fresh flavorful, and lean. Even the frozen Greek yogurt tasted artificial and it was soo sweet it turned our stomachs. Too bad. read more

I met up with my sister at Karv the other day and loved it. We got: * Dakos (with falafel added) * Skepasti with lamb and beef * Fredo cappuccino * Melomakarona You order at the counter and get a number to bring to your table. The staff are super helpful and the food was amazing. There are a good number of tables and it was very comfortable to eat in, which I would do again. They seem to do a lot of takeout business as well and we actually got an extra dish to take out as we were leaving (not shown in pics). They also have a few products on display like cookies and chocolate and things from Greece which was kind of fun to look at while we were waiting. read more

Karv Greek Kouzina had their soft opening this weekend. This fast casual Greek eatery serves up a variety of eats including signature gyros & Karv (gyro) kreations, spanakopeta, mousaka, pastichio, mezze plate, Greek bowls, salads, smoothies, cooler drinks (Coke products), Greek coffee/espresso drinks, tea, loukoumades, and sweet treats (baklava & more). The meats are freshly carved. The prices seem fair here. The place is order at the counter or online through Toast and DoorDash (delivery - higher pricing) with a partially open kitchen. There is table seating (soft back & regular chairs) and high top table seating in the dining area, walls with framed pictures & decor and plantings. I stopped by Karv over the weekend and the place was quite busy. The staff is still getting acclimated and orders were taking a while to be ready and some hiccups with orders too and There was a crowd around the register, so I decided to order on the Toast app, same pricing as in-store. I ordered Mousaka ($10.95 plus tax) with Rice Pilaf (add $3 plus tax) and a Traditional Pork Gyro ($9.50 plus tax). My order was ready in about 32 minutes after ordering. The staff was very apologetic to customers including myself for the delays this opening weekend. I enjoyed some of my food in the restaurant and repacking the rest to bring home. The Gyro was filled with rotisserie carved pork, tomatoes, tzatziki, onions, fries, & Karv sauce in a soft grilled pita. The Mousaka was a good sized piece layered with potato, eggplant, seasoned ground beef, creamy bechemel on top. The side of rice had a nice lemon flavor. Overall, the food I ordered was excellent and reasonably priced in comparison to the more expensive sitdown Greek places in Salem and Pelham. Since it is their opening weekend and the staff acknowledges they need to improve, I usually go very easy on this. The great food quality here sealed the high Yelp rating on this posting. read more

Ok so their food is super good like the Greek bowls and the lemonade and smoothies are super good too. Honestly I didn't talk to the employees but I can tell they are very nice people. I like the wood they use for the tables and chairs. I also like the Greek style and the Greek words around the dining area. read more

We stopped in at the new Karv Greek place in Windham for some takeout. It was pretty busy and staff were rushing around taking orders and getting them expeditated. We ordered some simple yeros (beef,, lamb, chicken). Everything was fresh and tasted good. Order was ready in abt 10 minutes. The inside is nicely decorated and they have some Greek sundries for sale (candy, coffee, tea, etc) which was kind of cool. We will be back for more for sure. read more

Place was soo good. I think they just opened actually. It was super busy with online orders and walking on a Friday night so the wait was long but they were hustling to get everyone orders. The inside is nice and big so you can definitely have a group setting here and parking wasn't bad. I got the Hercules gyro and everything tasted fresh. What a great find on our way up to VT. The staff were super friendly and the food was fantastic. We had a few of the Greek beverages they offered, the lamb/beef gyro and spartan bowl. We also grabbed a couple pieces of baklava to take home and devoured them. They also have a full case of other Greek desserts. Highly recommend. Their flavors are very bold and definitely not your average Greek. I dare to say New Greek? Whatever you want to call it, it's damn good! The dining room and bathrooms were very clean as well. The minute we walked in I believe it was the owner greet us. He helped us pick our food and explain everything to us. It was our first time there and won't be our last time there. We got the gyro sandwich . I got chicken my grandson got pork. It was so fresh and delicious we don't like spice sauce so he recommend a different sauce so good. We will definitely be going back. I came in really wanting like this place. Let's just say they have some work to do. Came in at 7:00 on a Saturday night. No spanakopita. No stuffed peppers. My wife was irritated. The food we ordered was mixed. Her Avgolemono Soup was very good. She don't like her grape leaves. The was a strange lemon sauce that she disliked. I ordered the hummus. It had so much garlic in it that I couldn't eat it. My wife ordered a village salad. It looked fine but we didn't eat it. I ordered the moussaka. The spices were strange and off-putting. Not for me. And mind you we have traveled to Greece multiple times. We know good traditional Greek food. The manager came over to the table seeing we weren't happy. He offered no useful way to make things right. I'm not in a rush to return. Maybe someday when they figure things out. Not now. It will be a while. read more

We visited Karv last Sunday. I enjoy Greek and other Mediterranean foods and was excited to try this. The place is cute, bright and nicely decorated with several small tables. It's counter service/take out so I have no real review for service. I will say there were very few people there so that may account for some of the food issues I encountered. I got the Hercules gyro without hummus and added the spicy feta. My date got the Titan with no fries on the sandwich. We shared an order of fries which we paid for. Side note: I would think if you had fries removed from the sandwich and asked for them on the side you wouldn't be charged but that isn't the case. By the way, the fries though plentiful, were cold. I hate cold fries. Both gyros were very large. My date said his sandwich was quite good. Mine had potential as well, the general flavor was good and the spicy feta was great. Biggest problem: the chicken was so dry and tough it was almost inedible. It was similar to thick chicken jerky. My date initially thought it was bacon. Now this may be because there were very few patrons, so the outer layer of meat on the spits dries out. But if that's the case they should take off the top layer and serve the less "crusty" meat underneath. I might go back and try again but I think the trick is find a time where it's busy so the meats don't form that hard chewy crust. If what you care about is large portions, this is your place. If you care more about quality I wouldn't recommend. read more

Recently tried Karva and liked it so much went back within 2 weeks. Recent trip was to feed 6 adults. 3 got the chicken gyros, 1 it the beef and lamb gyro and 2 got bowls - the Athena and the Karv'd. Everyone seemed to like their choices. Also got the loaded fries. Good taste but a little difficult to share. Also some tzatziki and pita bread. And some baked pita quarters. I placed the hour with a specific pick-up time. As I walked in a couple of minutes early the order was getting packaged to go. Excellent timing. Will definitely return. And it appears they offer coupons for discounts if you sign up for an account. And you can accumulate points for future use. read more

Not low sodium. Needs less salt in the food. Otherwise, Real pretty, clean, inviting cute little restaurant! The two girls at the register were very friendly and helpful. Made some great suggestions that I liked. The Greek salad with grilled chicken and cucumber limeade are delicious. Husband got the chicken gyro burrito. Everything tasted good.. The only complaint I would have is everything is a bit too salty. The Tzaziki sauce, the salad dressing and the chicken are very very oversalted. So much that it left me feeling dehydrated. We have been here probably five or six times by now, and each time the food has been excellent; Fresh, and flavorful. We've picked up and we've also dined inside the restaurant, and the atmosphere is friendly and unrushed, with the food being brought out in great time. Very well-priced, too. Three appetizers, (extra pita, spicy feta dip, and a spinach pie), four dinners, and four drinks for around $85. Just fantastic. read more

The best part about a Greek salad is the dressing. I ordered a Greek Salad with chicken on it, had it delivered by Doordash, and the restaurant forgot to package the dressing. So- now I have to give a rating based on how my at-home salad dressing tastes with the otherwise dressing-less salad along with the restaurant's mistake. And that is 2 stars... Get better at quality assurance! We called the restaurant and they offered a $5.00 refund for this otherwise $15+ salad. Outrageous. read more

We were hopeful to find a good Greek restaurant nearby but were disappointed on our first visit. We ordered a chicken gyro and a beef/lamb gyro. On both the meat was exceedingly dry and unappetizing. It seemed overcooked or not fresh. The chicken gyro had an unexpected hot sauce on it...an orange dressing that tasted like Hellman's spicy mayonnaise. Expecting to have tzatziki or some other Greek condiment, this ruined it for me. It was also too hot and spicy to enjoy. read more

I've been to this place twice now, and both times have been absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space is tastefully decorated--cozy yet modern--and immediately makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the menu? Huge. There's something for everyone, and the prices are surprisingly great for the quality and portion sizes. On my first visit, I had the Skepasti, and oh man--it was so good I wanted more even though I was already stuffed. My son, who is super picky, got the kids' pizza and devoured the entire thing (which never happens). On our second visit, I went for the traditional pork gyro, and it was AMAZING. I could've easily eaten two. My son tried the kids' cheese quesadilla this time and, once again, finished every bite. We ended the meal with the O.G. Louks, and wow--SOOOOO good. The perfect sweet finish to an already awesome meal. This spot is definitely going into our regular rotation. Highly recommend! read more
