Customer service was just as bad as my haircut I got from here. Got a cut on Wednesday, I got home and seen how bad it really was. Went back Friday to ask about fixing it. Barber said yes, Not once did he say I'm gonna have to charge you, but he did charge right after. Even tho it was HIS horrible haircut skills that made me comeback. I DONT recommend this place at all. $30 dollar haircuts each cut. Plus the 5 dollars I tipped the first time. They should be accountable for their bad haircuts and fix mistakes. read more

This place is hit or miss some barbers are good some are literally practicing on people.. If you are charging 40 dollars for a cut every barber should have experience already. I got the worst haircut of my life today. I got cut and bleed which is so gross and the young barber was very rough with his tools he kept banging my head with his tools. Not only did the haircut hurt but it was horrible even after I told him to fix it. I brought my son to this barber shop. I warn you they are not professional nor do they take accountability for mistakes. My son asked for a high fade taper. Please explain how this looks like a high fade taper? I had to look it up after leaving the shop as they said this was what it was supposed to look like. I asked if they can fix the cowlicks Luis the barber left on the back side. They said I had to pay again and wait after all his appointments were done. Why would I have to pay to fix his mistakes? My son didn't as. For a mushroom cut. He didn't ask for short bangs and short back and a long uneven middle that resembled a middle mullet. Avoid booking with Luis at all costs. I have never experienced anything like this. AND Luis color sprayed black ink spray to cover mistakes he made so that we were not able to see how much he had messed up. Lots of long hair and lots of separation and left something like a duck bill on the back of his head. One side was clearly longer and the manager refused to fix it as well. You can explicitly tell how inexperienced he is. The arrogance did not match the outcome. Unbelievable but true. So if you have Luis as your barber, this is what you get. Lemme start by saying that Luis cuts my hair great! I've gone with him plenty of times and I'm never disappointed. He is chill af, professional, gentle, takes his time, and has great attention to detail. The man needs his days off though, and some poor scheduling on my end left me with no choice other going for a walk in on a Wednesday (one of the days he isn't at the shop). Boy was I disappointed. The lady who cut my hair was fine. It was the other two stylists in there that left me so bitter lol. The barber Christine immediately started talking shit about the client that she just cut as soon as they left. She went on to say that she "rushes through cuts on people who look like they haven't gotten a cut in more than a couple weeks", stating, "if they don't care about their hair, why should i?". The younger kid who cuts on the chair closest to door agrees with her and makes negative comments about cutting straight hair (my hair is straight as hell). Like c'mon, couldn't wait for me to leave?? Lmao Then the part that really pisses me off happens. Christine tells the others that she's sick and wants to leave soon so that she doesn't have to cut her last appointment. Mind you, it's only like 5:20. (Their online hours claim a 7pm closure). So Christine starts rushing the one cutting MY hair to "hurry her ass up" so that they can close shop before her appointment client shows up. If you're sick, STAY YOUR ASS HOME! Wasn't pleased to walk in and have a couple workers hanging out and hitting a vape inside the business can't say it was nicotine or something stronger but either way it's not professional and I won't bring my son back to this location main and topaz in Hesperia. I will however say the young man who cuts my son's hair always does an amazing job and it's unfortunate we will have to take our business elsewhere. Had my boys go get hair cut today. Messed both of there hair cuts bad. Asked my husband to take them back to get fixed and they wanted to charge him again for another hair cut that wasn't even cut right the first time. Took to them to a different place to get fixed. It was so bad 2 people had to brain storm how to fix it. Looks a-lot better now. Customer service has gotten worst here . They only seem to care about booked appointments now and good luck walking in without one because they don't give a fuck if you wait more than an hour . Barbers take off if they don't have booked appointments and leave walk-in customers waiting for a long ass time . They talk shit about your haircut once you leave the place .
