I went to another highly rated/reviewed business in town and during the quote for service knew I didn't want to work with them. I am so glad I found Innovation Auto Collision instead! I was paying cash and wanted to be sure I was being treated fairly. What I found was an honest, kind and trustworthy family! They treated me with respect, made every repair easy to understand and were beyond transparent. After I picked up my car the work was perfect!! It sparkles in the sun, which is difficult since my car has a 3-stage red paint. You can't even tell there was damage. They even fixed a few dents on the rear, reinstalled my broken driver's (indoor mirror) and cleaned ALL the dog hair out of my car (that is impressive!)
