I'm sorry but I would give them zero stars if I could. I went there in early October , I had to sit out in the streets for 2.5 hours to 3 hours to change the back seat leather. They cannot allow you on the property because of insurance. He said an hour. Then he said ., I can do your struts , I can do the bottom seat cushion and I can do a new radio with cameras . I said hey great , Angie just told me today that he is painting a truck for the next 12 weeks so we will let you know when Jesus can do your work. Answer is never because who is going to wait for three months until they say oh okay now I feel ok. Bad , Horrible non existing customer service. If you have him do anything just forget him because they CANNOT be counted on and do not care if you are a loyal customer. Even if you give him a 50 dollar tip. Requested a full set of speakers to be replaced (6 total.) Angie provided recommendations and links to purchase that were aligned with the vehicle and affordable. They provided a fair installation price upfront. I arrived with the replacement speakers, they got me in a day earlier than originally scheduled, and they went to work immediately having the whole job done in two hours or less! Amazing!
