I came here to look for hair tint, after not being able to find it at other stores. They have a wonderful assortment of hair tint and I found exactly what I was looking for! The store is very clean and organized. There is a sign above each row that gives a good synopsis of what the row contains; I do believe it is more descriptive than most stores. It made shopping easy. They also had a discount shelf in front that looked promising and they had a lot of seasonal items and, as seen on TV items I like this CVS, I will be back. read more

I have always had prescriptions filled at various Walgreens Pharmacies, but my insurance changed so I had to start using CVS, and it's been great. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. But specifically, every time I pick up a new medication, the pharmacist comes to let me know whether the new medication is at risk of interacting with any others I already take, and what that might look like. I've never even had a prescribing doctor warn me of specific possible drug interactions when they prescribe it. This is a great pharmacy! read more

This pharmacy is not good. The young lady working the window took my info and was trying to confirm my prescriptions. I was waiting on 3 and she said 2 were ready. I can't use this prescription if I do not have all 3 items... she told me the third item was waiting on prior authorization, even though I spoke with the dr on Friday about this issue. She just looked at me and said well I guess you have your call your doctor and gave me the most passive aggressive smile. I pulled out of there so fast. I called the pharmacist a few minutes later and she already had my info pulled up since the tech at the window went to talk to her about me. Long story short I could have picked up my prescription if the tech at the window went and asked the pharmacist to come over and take a look at what was going on. The pharmacist went ahead and corrected everything and invited me BACK after I had already left to get my items. The tech just straight up didn't care, when the pharmacist could have pushed everything through WHILE I WAS AT THE WINDOW. I I'll be pickup up my stuff tomorrow but most likely NEVER coming back to this location with RUDE staff. I have her name if someone would like to reach out. I have absolutely hit my tolerance threshold with this pharmacy. I have been a customer of this CVS for at least 5 years, which means I'm picking up my prescription once a month and the scripts of my family every three months. I have had the same coupon code on my script the entire time and at least 3-4 times a year they fail to apply my discount ($15 off). More often than not I explain that I have a code and they immediately fix it. Today, and on several other occasions they have asked me to drive around or come inside so they can make the correction. I have done it every time but "not today CVS!". They open at 8am and I was there at 7:50am so I could be first in line (so I'm not running too late for work). Three cars had lined up behind me at this point. So my dumb ass paid the $15 extra dollars. Not to mention that several months back they assured me this would not continue to happen because they made very detailed notes on my account. I'm done! I will be moving everything to another pharmacy to include never shopping in your store. Thanks for 5 years of horrible service that you were never able to correct! Oh! And you owe me $15!!! Cooler handles were dirty. Shelves were a mess and half empty. You would never know we just went through a pandemic. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. Avoid at all costs. My doctor recently sent in a prescription refill and not only did they not have a reason for why they couldn't refill it on the day the doctor sent it in, they had the worst attitude when I asked for an explanation and was told "That's just how it is. Is there something else you need?" Do not waste your time. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. 1 star is too much. read more

We have used several pharmacies in the past. This CVS is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Beats Walmart and HEB pharmacies by a mile.

Pharmacist asked me if I was on a cholesterol pill and when I told her no, she offered to call my dr. to suggest it may be a good idea. I told her not to do that and she did it anyways! Without knowing what my levels are or if I even need this, she took it upon herself to try to get my dr. to prescribe a new pill for me. Makes it look like the pharmacists are directed to get people on more pills regardless of being told not to contact my dr. to suggest this. I'll take my business elsewhere to a place that respects my medical wishes and does not call my dr. when asked not to. read more

This happens to be the closest pharmacy to me. I stopped by the other day and asked the pharmacy team if they had Children's Mucinex chest congestion (a formula that does not contain a cough suppressant) after I couldn't find it on the shelf. They suggested I look OTC. When I said I didn't see it and asked if they could order it for me the girls said they didn't special order things. I have worked in pharmacy for 12 years, mostly as a team leader. McKesson has a great database to search OTC special order drugs and I'm sure they could have gotten it for me through McKesson. But their attitudes were pathetic and they were unwilling to do so. Therefore, CVS lost a sale to Walgreens. Pitiful service! read more

I came in for purely one thing, bio silk hair therapy oil. They have it locked up. Understandably so. A service button is above the locked case for customer service. Immediately a page overhead is verbalized. Might I add there are a total of 5 customers in the building and I saw at least 6 different employees when walking in at 3:45 pm I stood in the hair product section for 45 minutes. After 3 pages over head and still not a soul near me to aid. I asked a consultant if they would aid me in it. They merely dismissed me and said they don't have the key and are new. At that point I refuse to even purchase the product. I wish I didn't waste so much time waiting on someone to unlock the one product I wanted. I am disappointed with the service. read more

Worst customer service ever. Pharmacy acted as if I were invisible. I will never return.

Saved me after HEB and Walmart...countless times. I have finally learned it is not convenient to bring my prescriptions to big grocery stores. They give accurate time quotes and generally have more in stock than the other big chains. Today my son was very sick and after waiting double the quoted time at Walmart only to find out that they ordered the medicine he needed I demanded my prescription back, yes I had to speak to the pharmacist manager on duty just to get back the prescription they couldn't fill. I went to CVS and left the store within ten minutes with the meds in hand. They were empathetic to my frustration without bad mouthing a competitor. The pharmacist even gave me help on the portion of medicines filled at Walmart because their pharmacist was bloody clueless. Their normal checkout lines are terrible. I would not recommend going there for anything, but the pharmacy. BUT what a lifesaver their pharmacy is when you have a sick kid. read more
