If you don't have an appointment, I would expect to wait a long time as they can't guarantee when they will get you in. No one in the waiting room appeared frustrated for any reason. I also found the wait after checking in to be quite short. Jessica is amazing!!! My mom and my family have the history of having hidden veins, so it's been…read morevery hard to find the vein to take blood. Having a blood test has been my mom's fear for years. She has a great nurse that does a great job at drawing blood so when she came here to visit and it was time to do another test for her doctor to see results, she got very nervous again. However, Jessica did everything painlessly in less than 2 minutes, which was incredible. The process of making an appointment and getting the result is very seamless. They allow walk-ins but making an appointment is highly encourage. My mom booked 8am appointment, took care of the payment, and got out no later than 8:15am. I was told the result would be available around 12-1pm the next day, but it was already emailed to me before 8am the next day. You can stop by to get the hard copy if you'd like. The office is warm and cozy. Overall I'm so happy that my mom had a very good experience here with Jessica. Thank you, Jessica, for your amazing skill and making my mom comfortable!

We waited about 10 minutes after check in to be called in by the doctor. Doctor came and said everything is fine. Told her about the nasty cough and then she check his lungs again more intently. Tested hi. For strep and sent us home. From check in to exit was total 30 minutes. By the time we got him the result was in and prescription sent to pharmacy. No one called us to discuss the result or that there is a prescription to pickup. Neither the nurse or doctor asked us how we were or greeted us. Quite transactional. Super wired.

The first experience was when I completely run out of my medication, I complained; no one listened. The second incident, They called me 10 minutes before my appointment, to let me know there was an issue. Then on the 3rd incident, they let me know on Friday when my appointment is on Tuesday that there was an issue with my referral, and they refused to take any accountability or acknowledge that. Every time I have talk to a supervisor, they have been very dismissive and not let me talk at all.

Sign in at the kiosk, sit down, go to the desk when your name is called. I had prepaid, so I handed Michele my paperwork. The phlebotomists moved quickly. When I was called, Michele, a woman of many talents, turned out to be a phlebotomist, too. I'm used to getting finger sticks for INR, but a venipuncture was required. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO INTO MY VEIN, which Michele found on the first try! Usually, I'm like a pin cushion when others have drawn blood from me. SHE IS GREAT! They even set me up with a yearly membership and bulk discount for the food. The litter they use in the scoopable litter bin (shown in my pics) is great. It's unscented, low dust, and relatively inexpensive. Adam and Courtney helped to set us up. They were very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and courteous throughout the process. They also made it very easy. I think you can set this up via their website, too. Though, you won't be able to pet their kittens that way. You can choose the day of the month you want your items delivered on. Ditch your Amazon overlord and Subscribe and Save with a local company. They have a huge kitty room with a big cat tree, shelves, and lots of space for your future kitten to play and move around in. This is their adoption room. I can't recommend Tomlinson's enough!
