Having a blood test has been my mom's fear for years. She has a great nurse that does a great job at drawing blood so when she came here to visit and it was time to do another test for her doctor to see results, she got very nervous again. However, Jessica did everything painlessly in less than 2 minutes, which was incredible. The process of making an appointment and getting the result is very seamless. They allow walk-ins but making an appointment is highly encourage. My mom booked 8am appointment, took care of the payment, and got out no later than 8:15am. I was told the result would be available around 12-1pm the next day, but it was already emailed to me before 8am the next day. You can stop by to get the hard copy if you'd like. We waited about 10 minutes after check in to be called in by the doctor. Doctor came and said everything is fine. Told her about the nasty cough and then she check his lungs again more intently. Tested hi. For strep and sent us home. From check in to exit was total 30 minutes. By the time we got him the result was in and prescription sent to pharmacy. No one called us to discuss the result or that there is a prescription to pickup. Neither the nurse or doctor asked us how we were or greeted us. Quite transactional. Super wired.

Sign in at the kiosk, sit down, go to the desk when your name is called. I had prepaid, so I handed Michele my paperwork. The phlebotomists moved quickly. When I was called, Michele, a woman of many talents, turned out to be a phlebotomist, too. I'm used to getting finger sticks for INR, but a venipuncture was required. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO INTO MY VEIN, which Michele found on the first try! Usually, I'm like a pin cushion when others have drawn blood from me. SHE IS GREAT! I got there with my 15 month old son and brought his stroller so he could sit in that while I got my blood drawn. Come to find the elevator was broken for the building and we had to use the stairs. Quick trip back to the car and we walked up the stairs. I checked in and told the front desk lady about the stroller and that I would have to hold him while I got my blood drawn and she said no worries. Upon being called, my sweet lady asked if my son would let another nurse hold him and I said sure! I got my blood drawn, didn't even feel it, and another nurse held my son and gave him stickers right next to us. 10/10 for everyone there!!! In my car by 9:07am

They even set me up with a yearly membership and bulk discount for the food. The litter they use in the scoopable litter bin (shown in my pics) is great. It's unscented, low dust, and relatively inexpensive. Adam and Courtney helped to set us up. They were very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and courteous throughout the process. They also made it very easy. I think you can set this up via their website, too. Though, you won't be able to pet their kittens that way. You can choose the day of the month you want your items delivered on. Ditch your Amazon overlord and Subscribe and Save with a local company.
