My two front tires being taken care of.
    Danielangel V.

First off, WTH happen to the Automotive area in the back??? The employees let you know they don't care just by their answers!!! Second ,here a quick example as how downhill it has fallen~just need to get two new tires replace, and no cars or trucks were in the work bay, or parking lot but mine. Employees were just on their phones, and when asked for two tire They said I need to make an appointment online, and buy the tires online as well WHICH DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF PULLING UP!!!Last they directed me to Firestone and discount tires because sometimes they get too busy. I am saved now Because I went to BRAKE CHECK in Round Rock who happen to sell tires as well, and are taking care of me. My vehicle at BRAKE CHECK is the photo.

I was in the Austin (Round Rock) area waiting for my mother to arrive as we were spending a few days of vacation. There wasn't much I needed or wanted; however, I ended up walking out with a case of water. The store seemed extremely clean, well-maintained, and organized. The staff was also friendly and helpful. This one seems larger than the ones I'm accustomed to in Fort Worth. I would definitely shop here again, whenever I'm in the area.

    Wow... that's cheap!

Not a single Poinsettia in sight! Strange... on the biggest shopping day of the year with tons of deals on things like toys, TVs, and decorations Walmart was completely void of one of the number one selling Christmas must haves... Not one poinsettia in the store! That meant that I had to go else where if I wanted to compete my Christmas Black Friday shopping! Great more stops on on an already way to busy day. Oh well the rest of the items were great... puzzles, pop a shot, toys... deals were abound! A very clean store... no help to be found accept at the registers... but hey it's Walmart... haven't we grown to expect that? It was still worth every penny of shopping time I spent in here!

Walmart is consistent on what I expect and has what I need the majority of the time. Three stars for this national store. Today I devoured some wings from the deli. The deli workers were so friendly and kind. The wings were crispy and delicious. The cashiers are mostly friendly, but when I need some help in the aisles I am usually trying to find somebody to assist me. Where is Waldo? This Walmart has a Subway inside. This is convenient if you're shopping and want to grab a bite to eat on your way out. They also have an Auntie Anne's. Reliant Energy has a spot on the corner. Just throwing that out in case you may be having one of those days where you don't feel like hearing a sales pitch. Don't make eye contact and dart for the door. Lol

This is absolutely disgusting a hair inside the glaze doughnut . Do they not train staff to make sure food is good quality to be put out on shelves. Do better Walmart bakery. So gross I lost my appetite.

Curbside pick up sucks been sitting out here for 20 minutes

I can go to the Levis website and order the exact pair I want in my size and they will be on my doorstep in a day or two. So why bother coming to Kohl's anymore? Amazon Returns. A few days ago, I was here for an Amazon return and they handed me a coupon for 20% off my purchase at Kohl's. So I thought I'd use it. In a nutshell, that 20% off coupon Amazon gives you is bullshit. Allow me to explain... I went to the area where all of the men's sportswear clothing used to be to discover that there wasn't much to choose from. There was a lot of Champion gear, but their track pants felt like burlap. Seriously. Burlap. Nevertheless, I found a nice pair of Under Armor joggers. Good enough. I also found a Yellowstone board game (a gift for my parents - they love the TV show - shush, don't tell'em I got'em that until after this Christmas). My wife got some bras. So three totally unrelated items: pants, bras, and board game. While checking out, however, we were informed that we wouldn't be getting 20% off of anything because the coupon wouldn't work for the things we wanted. It says it all right there, in that tiny font wording on the coupon that no naked eye can read, the giant list of everything in the store that the 20% doesn't apply to. After I took the coupon home and put it under my microscope so I could read it, I would venture to say that the 20% off coupon does not work for 95% of the stuff for sale within Kohl's. After paying a lot more than we thought we would have to pay for our stuff, we were walking out when I noticed that there was a second larger location for the rest of the men's sportswear on the other side of the registers, hidden behind all their Christmas stuff. Silly me! Why didn't I just look behind the mound of Christmas swag back where the women's clothes used to be for my men's pants?! This store sucks. Unless there are some big changes, I doubt Kohl's will be around much longer. This place continues to go downhill, year after year. I seriously doubt that putting a Sephora in the middle of the store will save them. I remember when Blockbuster Video tried to save themselves by having a Radio Shack outlet that sold a small selection of cords, batteries, adapters, etc. in some of their stores. That did not work out for either of them in the end, and I predict history repeating itself in the end with Kohl's (Sephora may survive, though). Hopefully, by the time Kohl's goes under Amazon will have a drone service available to pick up my returns in my driveway.

Clothes for the average man, but be careful because most Kohl's-brand items won't last for more than a year or two.

She was quick, patient, and genuinely kind. If this review were based solely on her service, it would easily be a 5/5. She truly deserves a raise. The bad: I was standing in line patiently while watching employees talk in front of me, with two registers initially open. The employee at register one turned off her light, causing the remaining line to become even longer. The customer who was next in line went to register one to check out, understandably thinking it was still open, only to be told it was not. Meanwhile, people who were behind her then moved ahead to the only open register in the entire store. When the customer questioned the employee at register one about why she wasn't informed sooner, the employee stared at her, popped her gum, and shrugged her shoulders. Later, someone else in line walked to the front and asked the employee from register one if another register could be opened. She responded that she was leaving for the day and that no one else could take her place, though she apologized for the inconvenience. There are great deals at this store, and I typically don't blame employees. However, aside from the slight attitude displayed, this situation points to a clear lack of proper management. With unemployment at a record high and this store appearing short-staffed, this location could greatly benefit from hiring more employees. Doing so would not only help stimulate the economy but also provide customers with a much better experience. Separate note: I was only there to make a return. There really should be a return-only lane in these stores, and the absence of one has been noticeable across multiple Burlington locations. That said, it's hard to expect improvements like that when the store can't consistently keep more than one register open.

An elderly customer--who was simply unaware of the store's updated pricing model--was harshly spoken to by the store manager, Jennifer. When the customer politely expressed surprise at the higher prices, Jennifer snapped at her and said, "Pay attention next time! It's not Dollar Tree's problem you didn't pay attention." The customer was visibly shocked and too timid to defend herself. It was heartbreaking to watch. There was absolutely no need for the tone or hostility--especially directed at someone clearly just confused by recent changes. We all deserve patience and respect, but especially our elders. While I understand that staffing challenges exist and retail work is not easy, Jennifer's demeanor was unprofessional and unnecessarily cruel. A manager's role is to lead by example, and in this case, that example was one of impatience, disrespect, and lack of empathy. I spoke with the assistant manager privately and respectfully urged her to ask Jennifer to treat customers with basic decency. We are all human, and a little kindness goes a long way.

Since today is their first day everything looks great, clean and neat and well stocked, and plenty of employees to help. There's a big variety of sections including toys, makeup, decor, and lots more, but my favorites are the snacks and graphic tees. For snacks the prices are close to convenience store prices so they're not a great value, but the selection is great with all kinds of things including Japanese candy and hard to find trendy items. Meanwhile the t-shirts seem like a great value at $5.55 for licensed designs that would cost $15 at Kohl's. One complaint is that this location seems to have only self checkout registers which are fine except one of my two purchases didn't ring up at the right price. The nearby employee was happy to fix it for me quickly, but it did slow things down a bit. I imagine it will go more smoothly when not crowded, and it does let you have half a dozen registers going at once instead of just one or two cashiers struggling at peak times. But to sum it up, this is a nice brightly lit store with plenty of low priced items to tempt you, and some fun things that you might not find easily elsewhere.
