We used to come to this place when I was young and first learning how to ride. Now that I am older and able to get back into riding this store helped me get into the right bike for the right price. I went in to look at a used 450 and the sales man Joche was absolutely amazing. He fought all week to get my down payment down and the price down on the dirt bike. He was a fantastic sales guy who not only made me feel like we grew a friendship but also let me know he cared about people getting back into riding. The guy is absolutely 5/5 and I can't wait to meet him out at the track to see how he is doing. They helped get the bike into my truck and made everything smooth. I came in with no idea what i wanted to get. The salesman, Alex, was FANTASTIC. His boss, Joe, also rocked. These guys were so accommodating. I didn't feel like I feel when I go to purchase a car. Going to make a big purchase is a funny thing because you expect to have somebody pressuring you and making you uncomfortable but for this interaction it was exactly the opposite. Alex legitimately wanted to make sure that I was on the right bike for me. I didn't feel pushed in one direction or another. He was full of information and anything he didn't know he got an answer for me within seconds rather than bullshit me or lie to me. This place has earned my business for any and all of my motorcycle related needs. Regardless if you are a new or experienced rider.. regardless of whether you are getting service done on your bike or just a $10 accessory, I cannot recommend this place enough... Oh wait I didn't compliment the guys behind the counter at the parts desk either! You want to talk about service guys, any question I had these guys were opening up books to get me the answer and show me all available options that they can get for me. Knowing that having so many options in front of a person would be overwhelming they gave me their personal opinions and advice on what they would do if they were in my shoes... All of the guys and gals who work here ride, and they just get it. On top of this, they are all very low-pressure, friendly, and helpful people. My sales person, Jacques, made my buying experience a breeze and got me on a brand new motorcycle within two days of initiating contact. Throughout my experience, everything was transparent, and I felt like there were no stupid questions I could've asked. The showroom might not be as fancy as Bob Weaver's showroom, but that is no indication of the quality of service that this dealer offers. Throughout my entire shopping process, they were perfectly willing to send me price breakdowns, answer questions, and show me bikes, which is something that I cannot say about the competing dealer mentioned above. The service guys are knowledgable, and the shop was extremely clean and organized; something I love to see as someone who does my own work. Called today to ask about a very common repair/upgrade to a Kawasaki KLR650 and was treated so rudely on the phone I thought it was a joke when he hung up on me. I called back and the arrogant jackwad was just as rude an insulting. I will NEVER, EVER go to this place for anything. By far the best in customer service, affordability and all round experience. I personally have been getting all my maintenance needs taken care of here for years. The staff is always informative and pleasant. Keep an eye out for Russ. This guy knows his stuff and is always willing to discuss options and choices with you in addition to doing stellar work that can be trusted. I've been to a few other local shops and the general consensus is rudeness and an attitude if you don't fit the "mold" of the shop. Ex: sport bikes vs cruisers, etc. Not at Hebeler.
