Don't sleep on their grilling supplies, knives or accoutrements, like chimichurri sauce, pickled vegetables and dry rubs, either! The butchers here are knowledgeable and eager to help with any meat-related questions. My charcuterie was cut to a razor-thin width and the owner even threw in a few complimentary links of their very tasty bratwurst.
