Stacy is absolutely incredible! She consistently goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about the community. As a prescriber, IKE is the WORST pharmacist I have ever encountered. A patient had a dental emergency while at his (other) home in Utah, and this guy called me a day after the prescription was called in, giving me the 3rd degree! I gave him my NPI and office address, and he starts quizzing me on why I'm calling in a premed antibiotic in Utah when my office is in PA! None of your business dude!!! The patient needed it to be seen for an emergency while he was in UT- I'm his regular dentist. He needed the antibiotic before being seen for the emergency. But this is none of his business! This guy was way out of his zone, and as a result my patient has transferred all of his prescriptions to another pharmacy. AVOID at all costs. read more

I am very disappointed with the recent french bread that lee's bakery has been making. They used to have the best french bread in town but I talked to the bakery manager and was told that it was a shipment of flour that was to blame and that this has been corrected. Not true because the flavor is hit and miss. One day it's great with the texture and flavor of the original french bread and later it's no better than any other so called "french bread" so you can't depend on consistency at Lee's. It's so disappointing because when Day's owned the store it was much more consistent! read more

I just got off the phone with the pharmacist, Stacy Hall, after being put on hold by the Pharmacy tech, Alex. The pharmacist accused me of fraud and dishonesty regarding my legitimate prescription, which one signed off by a doctor in Heber city Utah. I also live in Heber city Utah, about 2 miles from the dreaded leaves Pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that she could fill the prescription just this one time if only if I transferred all of my prescriptions over to their pharmacy. She also accuses me of lying that Smith's Pharmacy did not have the medication and also Walmart didn't have the medication so they're pretty much the only pharmacy in town that has the medication that I need. I can't believe they're still in business with the way that they treat people and I will never, ever fill any prescription with them and I will not recommend them to any of my friends or cohorts or coworkers. Do not go there! The pharmacist would only fill my prescription if I transferred all of my prescription medication to Lee's pharmacy. My normal pharmacy, Smith's Marketplace and Walmart, were out of the medication I need. Stacy said that Lee's pharmacy had the medication and the amount prescribed. She accused me of lying about the other pharmacies not having a supply and like I said she would fill it but only if I transferred all of my prescription medication to Lee's. I am going to file a complaint with DOPL and The Utah Board of Pharmacy about Ma. Hall's lack of ethics. I noticed that the owner of Lee's Pharmacy only responds to positive reviews so I'm guessing this review will go unnoticed and unresolved. I will post the information about my complaint and in case anyone else has had a similar encounter with Ma. Hall. read more

Not the best experience!!! When supervisor was checking a price he was rude and not very helpful.

Love Lee's Market! It is one my favorite lunch stops. Lot of got Deli type items. Nice little sitting area to eat. Chicken Fingers, Mac and cheese and cream cheese pudding is my go to, but they also have good salads and my daughters love their in store made shush. I also like the crab salad found back by their meat counter. Good lunch place for the whole family. Bakery has great cake and good donuts. Friendly service people in town. read more

YOU HAVE TO CHECK EXPIRATION DATES on everything. I have accidentally bought so many perishables that are already expired! I even returned an expired product and an employee and I checked to see if there was a replacement that wasn't expired. Not only did they put my expired product back on the shelf, they watched me check every single one and they were all expired and the employee left them all on the shelf. I used to like Lees but it's clear they do not check for expiration dates. read more

Was stopped by the little self checkout employee asking if I remembered to scan the flowers in my cart as I was paying. If he had been watching he would have seen that they were the first items to be scanned and put back in the cart to not get everything dirty. I have worked in retail my whole life and understand his job role is to not walk around asking people if they scanned everything in their cart. If you can't trust your customers to check themselves out, get rid of self checkout registers. read more

I went to Lee's market to buy a few things. When I went to check out I used half cash and half credit card. Well I put the cash in and the credit card didn't go through and I asked one of the employees why it was taking so long and why it wasn't coming through. He says all I can help you I can fix this problem, so he got the cash back out of the machine told me to come over to customer service I did but he had charged my credit card twice and I was confused about what was going on and he said if I wasn't such a bitch he would've been able to explain it to me better I was stunned that he said that to me anybody that works in customer service should never call the customer a bitch. I'm also having problems with their pharmacy there would not recommend Lee's marketplace. read more

Amazing store. it's always so clean and bright and the employees are always so friendly

Over the last couple of weeks, I've found myself twice at Day's. Once, was a bleary-eyed trip, pre-hike. I was headed out, and what better way to welcome the day than a fatty donut? I'll tell you what's better.. THREE fatty donuts. Fresh from the case being stocked at 6am, I grabbed my goods and was on my way. The second time was for BBQ/boating trip. Being in a picky crowd, I was delighted to fins some more exotic hot dogs (sausages, really) and had a wonderful trip with fresh fruit, tasty dogs, and lots of beverage. They're not so small, really. But compared to the big boys' big box grocery stores, I'll take Day's every day of the week. read more

As a recent Heber Valley move in. We made our rounds to the various grocery stores exploring our new grocery shopping options. Over the past 8 months we have fallen in love with Lee's Marketplace (Heber City). Having come from a large metropolitan city, we greatly appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, the product selection and especially the specialty items. In fact, we have become codependent on the offerings coming from the onsite smoker. The pitmaster is Dixie and she has mad skills. Her smoked salmon and smoked pork tenderloin are some of the best we have ever eaten. They can compete with high-end restaurants and pitmasters from the south. If you are passing through on a Tuesday, don't miss her street taco's ("Taco Tuesdays"). She can be hard to find with no signage and an obscure placement in the store. But asking staff to point you in her direction will pay big dividends. There have been a couple of items that we have requested they carry and to our surprise, after they placed their order, they called to inform us when the item would be in-store and where we could expect to find the items in their store. We are so pleased with our "hometown grocer". We highly recommend them and hope your experience is equally as pleasant. read more

Rarely do you see a small neighbourhood supermarket win a battle against it's larger rivals. Day's market has done very well against the might of Kroger, by providing a better service and standing out for it's produce and butcher department. Knowledgable and caring staff make a difference in an industry where pre-packaged and convenience comes higher than service and product quality. I go in just for their produce that is fresher and actually cheaper than what is offered by the Kroger giant. Wallmart is marching in, and I hope that Day's market will see it's strategy paying off. Good service and staff that really know what they are talking about is a rare commodity these days. read more

Very nice display in their meat and veggie department. I have to say tho with even with thier cool isle of gifts and holiday stuff, I don't go there unless I am getting my tires rotated next door at the tire store. Why don't I go her more? The staff..the cashiers of unfriendly if not just not attentive. they really need to take some classes on customer service! I have more than once come in to shop for an itme or two and when I got to check out, the cashier would eithe be talking with the bagger or another cashier and not even giving me eye contact..just ringing up and handing my change and never turned her head to me. Come on, are you that bored? The store is nice and I do really like the seasonal gifts and stuff...very cute but dread checi out. read more

Its a nice market, helpful workers. But this store has very limited plant based options. No Daiya, no veggie hotdogs, no deli slices, etc. Fortunately, right across the street is an Organic Market that has the full selection of everything veggie & vegan. From now on, no more Lees, for me. (Which is sad, because it is a nice market). But come on, Lees, carry less orange sugar water and stock up on plant based options. Best donuts & pastries ever!! We went to Bella's while we were in town & were disappointed. Drove straight to Lee's & had to fight for a place at the donut counter. It was packed with people filling their boxes with pastries. Yum!! read more

We found the staff to be really helpful. They have a nice bakery and we loved the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I brought them on a family hike with cousins and everyone said they were the best they ever had. I also liked their selection of veggies and fruit. Day's Market also has a nice selection of gifts and cards. I found great hand towels for the kitchen with asparagus on them. Simple and graphic and cool. I also found books from Deseret Books that I can't find in San Francisco. We have been really happy with Day's. read more

Why is it every time I walk into Days's Market everybody Stares? I feel eyes burning into me every time no matter what, judging me as I walk by. It's not the customers I'm talking about it is the Employees. Days is great. It's smaller, friendly service, not to mention specialty item. It's only downside is that it's notably more expensive than the Smiths a couple miles away. If I need something special, with quality at a reasonable price, Days is the place. read more

Regular prices can be pricey, but their sale prices are unbeatable. Love their produce and meat departments, it's hard to find any better in the valley. They have an incredible general merchandise section that sucks me in every time, but watch out for the high prices (love the cute frames that are unique, but a regular bowl is much higher priced than of Walmart) read more

Cut off time is 2 pm for that nights delivery, I am the chef and responsible for 40 peoples in home food, they were in critical status on milk and a lot of other things they could not go without! I wasn't feeling well and couldn't shop, it was after 2 the cut off point ug!Tracy and Dawn saved me yesterday and took my order late! It was a large order too! Thank you guys for doing that! I loved when this grocery store was Days. The holiday aisle was really fun to walk down, everything was easy to find, and everything in the bakery section was amazing. I went to school at Utah State, and shopped at Lee's frequently, so I was happy about the change. That has changed, sadly. Part of the deal of Lee's buying Days was that they had to keep the holiday aisle. They did, but it's tiny and lacking. The doughnuts in the bakery are terrible! They're hard and taste only of oil. I think others agree, because the cases are still full at the end of the day. They've moved a lot of things around from where they were before, and it's hard to find what I've looked for. Now they're advertising that they're open on Sundays. I think they're shooting themselves in the foot. I think a lot of people are going to Smith's now, judging from their full parking lot, and the smaller crowds at Lee's. read more

Day's is locally owned and operated. They give so much back to the community. The store is very user-friendly, which is to say that things are easy to find, and in places where you would expect them to be. Every time I go in there, things are well stocked and very clean. The meat department is awesome! You can't beat their Angus beef. They even had Chilean Sea Bass recently - which was a nice treat. Super friendly and helpful people. read more
