I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I came to this jeweler for a customized ring, and unfortunately, the process was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The ring was returned to me much later than the promised timeline, and each delay was met with excuses rather than clear communication. Customer service was lacking throughout the entire process. When I finally received the ring, I was shocked by the poor craftsmanship. The prongs were thin, bent, and looked unstable--barely secure enough to hold the center stone. Instead of addressing my concerns, the staff dismissed them and even made me feel as though I was imagining the issue. To confirm, I sought a second opinion at the Asian Garden Mall (Phước Lộc Thọ), and another jeweler immediately pointed out that the prongs were far too thin and would eventually break. Not only was the quality disappointing, but the overall experience left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Considering the very high price point compared to other jewelers, I expected much better. Instead, I was left with a ring that looks cheap, poor workmanship, and an upsetting experience that I would never want anyone else to go through. This was my first (and last) time customizing jewelry here. They may be known for feng shui jewelry, but when it comes to custom work, I cannot recommend them. I bought my first feng shui bracelete from Hebes By Chloe in 2021 when I saw their Facebook page. I was nervous and full of doubts since I couldn't see the bracelete in person. I was nervous waiting for my package, and when it arrived - it was beyond my expectation. It was a very cute and lovely bracelete, and it looked better in person than online. Everything is beautiful, and so expensive. I came in hoping to buy some jade bracelets, but the worker told me jade wont help me? I felt rejected. As if what i wanted isn't good enough and that the only thing i should buy is what helps my element, which was over $300 at sale price. Call me cheap, but wow. I told her i just wanted something a bit more on my price range for now (waiting for mothers day, and my birthday), yet... she hesitated and didn't even want to show me the jade i was eyeing. I understand she was trying to help my feng shui, but.. to make me feel like i had no choice was a bit harsh. The best gemstones boutique here in Orange County. I spent almost 6 months finding a Gold Rutilated Quartz bracelet/necklace or simply anything with that specific type of gem. Most of the gem stores in OC and LA either don't carry that or just have bad designs. So glad I found Hebes by Chloe. They have the best 3-in-1 combo: high quality gems + unique design + very reasonable price. They cary a lot of hard-to-find gems. Compare to all of the gem stores I went to, I didn't have to think twice before purchasing their products. The customer service here is outstanding. Both the owner and her sister were welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable there. Most of the designs are from the owner, Chloe herself so it was fun chatting with her about that process. Within 2 days, I brought home: 6 bracelets + 1 ring + 1 pair of earrings + 2 aromatherapy necklaces. The longer you stay in the store, the more you fall in love with their designs. My gf comes here every week and always brings home beautiful bracelets (yes in plural form). She started out with only a few bracelets and now she has her own corner of collections from Hebes by Chloe. She also got me a Tiger Eye bracelet with money symbols. To my surprise, the stones are shiny with glass-like luster, and reflects light very well, which is very important for the stone that formed from quartz.
