I brought my not exactly sports inclined 5 year old at opening, and we had a blast. THe owner is lovely, and we felt welcomed. Did we do good golfing? no. Did we enjoy ourselves? Absolutely! It has all the classic things you want from a mini golf course. Light house, mini town, wind mill, water wheel, multilevel, etc. For the price, it is exactly what you want, and they take cards, I can't recommend it enough for those who need to take their wiggly little ones outside. Bring a hat for your kid and bathe them in sunscreen because it is DIRECTLY in the sun without any shade, and make sure to bring plenty of water because my girl was wilting by the end, but we had a great time.

Additionally, this course includes a diverse array of wildlife statues that you could encounter on a safari. These statues are clearly made with care and supreme craftsmanship. Also, this course includes a large waterfall and beautiful canals throughout it. Thankfully, this golfing course ain't too far from where I live, so this ain't too bad of a drive to get there. You just have to make a U-turn at the end to get there if you are coming from the northbound lanes like I was. Upon arrival, you kind of see the Safari-theme pretty easily here. You have models of giraffes, gorillas, and elephants amongst other African icons on the golf course. The name of the holes also correlate with African themes such as The Tusk, Zebra Crossing, and Kilimanjaro. Pars for every hole are either 2 or 3 shots, and you don't get to your first Par 3 until The Loop (Hole 10). I played two rounds today and I find this mini-golf course to be pretty beginner friendly. None of the holes were so hard that I needed to get to the 6-shot maximum for any hole, and on both rounds I even got a hole-in-one in a hole (Hole 13 for the first round and Hole 15 for the second). In both rounds I even got 2 birdies on 2 other Par 3's. My scores were still over par on both rounds after all 18 holes, but there was a noticeable improvement on my second round as I shaved 4 off my score. If you like mini-golf and want something stress-free, this is definitely your golf course. As for the customer service, the receptionist was pretty helpful. You can even nab some ice cream after the game if you're coming on a hot day like I did. I got a Chillwich that was $7 and locally manufactured. Honestly, for $7, this hit the spot. I got the Thiq Mint, and it is a HUGE cookie sandwich of goodness. For the pricing of the games themselves, you have to pay $10 for one round, and then for the second round, you can get a dollar off. There is a caveat though that might force you to bring your A-game: If you get a Hole-in-1 on Hole 18, you get your second game free which saves you $9. I will say though, if you are attempting for that, it is NOT easy to get a Hole-in-1 on that last hole. Actually, the way it is designed, it is very difficult to pull off. I was able to get a Birdie on the hole, but not the Hole-in-1. All-in-all, a very fun mini-golf course, and it is a great place for beginners to grab their putts and play a good game. I would love to come back here soon to get better at the game.

All the employees we encountered were very friendly. After a round, we dined downstairs in their outdoor space and the food was pretty good. Different lunch options and I tried the blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich which came with two thick pieces of fish, along with onion rings. They also have an ice cream place connected. Would definitely return.

The (apparently controversial) decision to exclude the under-six crowd is the correct one for such a course, as it was busy enough on a June day when we visited that the backups attendant with little kids taking 12 shots on each hole would have made it unplayable. My downtick is the restrooms are too far away - you have to plan ahead in that regard. Yeah, it's pricey, but it's worth it if you are dedicated to this mini-sport.

The first thing we noticed was how attentive and friendly all of the staff were. It's apparent that they enjoy their work and go out of their way to ensure the customers are enjoying themselves too. The safety briefing found the perfect balance of providing necessary info without being overbearing right before the fun starts. The courses are all very well laid out and offer an excellent progression as the comfort and confidence grows. There are enough options to choose from that it never felt crowded at all even though they were very busy today with the nice weather. Overall, just a simply amazing day trip and well worth the 1.5 hr drive for us to get there. We are already planning our next trip and our only regret is that it took us so long to find out about The Adventure Park and make the time to go.

I thought all the dinosaurs were super impressive and love how they setup the whole walking trail. There is a ton of shade, so even if you go when it's super hot you'll be fine! I appreciate all the ferns that they planted around, makes it feel "authentic" with all the dinos. For my dino obsessed five year old he loved seeing all the variety of dinosaurs and even some more obscure ones that he knew and you never see at spots like this. They did a great job of putting some dinosaurs into "scenes" and simply showcasing others with facts and more info. My son isn't into splash pads, but that splash pad looked like a ton of fun. The climbing area was also huge and looked like fun. My five year old stuck to walking around and going through the maze 15 times. The maze is simple, but fun and a nice addition to the park. What I like about this park is it's great for kids of all ages! Probably from at least 3-10 and even older if your child is super into dinosaurs or you are an adult who loves dinos!

They make scrabble eggs and then pre order omelette. There's no section for hard boiled eggs or fried egg option. It def wasn't worth the price you pay to eat at a buffet. The activities they had for the kids are great. I just wish they were able to really focus on the experience instead of selling out room and number of people going. I guess I can't control that.

We didn't want to get our room cleaned since my toddler was napping so I asked housekeeping who was across from our room if I can get a couple of bath towels and a hand towel. The lady gave me an attitude and handed me the bath towels. I said thank you, can I have one hand towel? She rolled her eyes and said no. I said excuse me? Can I just have one hand towel? And she said NO! And walked away. I am beyond disappointed in this type of service and have never in my life met a housekeeper so rude. The rooms were clean but I found a candy wrapper on the floor. Also when we checked in that day, the shower gel was completely empty. Does housekeeping not check the bottles daily?? These are just simple things to check off their list. Housekeeping needs to do better. The walls in the room were paper thin. Ppl next door were blasting music early in the morning. You can hear ppl talking. At night, you can hear snoring next door. Kids running and screaming up and down the halls
