If you write them one one Google, Yelp, and Facebook, they send you this chrome picture frame with your wedding photo in it. I uploaded the email. I hate businesses that solicit that crap. Our wedding photo shoot was one of the most awkward experiences of my life. Michael had us do these incredibly uncomfortable poses. At one point we refused to do some poses. His editing skills is pretty much bumping up the saturation to an unnatural level. His professionalism was also lacking. He wasn't the friendly or easiest to talk to. We had sent him poses we wanted to do and he did maybe 1/4 of them. He also violated part of our signed contract. The only good thing was that he was affordable. I wish I had spent more money and found a different photographer.

We relied on the Moss team for our engagement pictures, wedding pictures and DVD, as well as photo albums and DVD compilation. The pictures and DVD came out great and we are very happy with the parents' album (still waiting for ours). Most importantly, the after-service (once the wedding is over) has been very satisfactory; our emails and requests were followed up promptly and the office manager (Chloe) is extremely kind and considerate. Living in the city, I priced out a lot of photographers and I found Moss to be the most cost efficient for the packages they provide. I worked with Yoomi, who went through the whole contract and sat down with me to show the different products they offer. Sung was my photographer and he shot my engagement shoot and my wedding. My engagement photos was during the Summer and he weathered all the elements with us (humidity, heat, sun, etc). We brought props to the shoot and he worked with us creatively in getting the perfect shot. For my wedding, Sung arrived on time and ready to work. BTW my wedding in another city with a 2 hour travel time so he came on time and excited to start my wedding day. Regarding the wedding, he shoots every moment as they go along and nothing is staged. I thought he did a fantastic job. I didn't provide him with a photo list since I trusted him to capture all the major moments of the wedding and he did. Of course, I wish I had more but I already had 700+ photos and with the craziness of the day... I couldn't keep track of where I was or where my family members were to get the perfect photo. Also, I received my wedding photos in 3 weeks! I may be a special exception since I know some people wait 3+ months! Regarding the final photo product, I mean, I was self critical of my photos and pointing out my double chin and some back fat but I got over it really quick since it's what I look like. If i saw these photos online, say on a wedding blog, I'd swoon over them. If I hired them to photoshop all of my 400+ of photos, they'd be a God! They had the aesthetic we were going for, more light and airy, and their book was gorgeous. We had our engagement photos with them at Skyland Manor and I was so blown away. We are super traditional and did not want a first look, they definitely tried to sway us into one, but understood in the end and left us alone about the decision, lol. I am very very thrilled about my photos and I am so excited to post them here. They were very quick which I appreciated as we wanted to get to our cocktail hour. There is also not a single photo I dislike, genuinely. Luis was our photographer and he also did our engagement shoot so we were already very comfortable with him. He has a dry sense of humor which I enjoyed, and we had no issues feeling comfortable with him and posing, etc. He also knew I didn't want a ton go group shots because we had a massive bridal party and again, that cocktail hour was calling our name, lol! I love getting photos taken, but my fiancé, now husband, is not a natural at all, but having had the engagement shoot behind us, he was relaxed and comfortable, and i think the photos look really natural and showcase us so well! She was always so quick and responsive to our emails and offered her advice and suggestions throughout the entire process. My fiance and I got engaged in NYC, and even though we didn't live there, we wanted to have our…read moreengagement photos taken throughout the city, particularly in Grand Central where we got engaged. After looking at a TON of photographers online, we chose Rebecca for two reasons: 1) her blog/portfolio was amazing, and 2) she was by far the most responsive photographer we tried to contact. Rebecca was in constant email contact with us, asking us how we met, where we got engaged, what ideas we had for our photo shoot. When we got to NYC, she also some location ideas of her own, and those ended up being our favorite!! We were able to relax and shoot easy with her, and she was very professional, on time, and got us our photos in a very quick turnaround time. Both my fiance and I LOVED our photos, and our families were equally impressed and excited! The best part about Rebecca (aside from her amazing talent) is her down-to-earth attitude and willingness to dive right into your project. We actually lost (I know, I know) our entire USB with our engagement photos, and Rebecca mailed us another one immediately for a nominal fee. She is so responsive, which I cannot stress enough having dealt with many other wedding vendors who have the "I'll get to it when I get to it attitude." Very highly recommended.
