You can also bring your own accessories and other outfits to change into. The room is set up with different complementary themes for a fun variety. It left me scrambling to find an alternative. I dont mind if she needed to cancel, but suddenly she made it seems like I was inconveniencing her schedule. And to me, that was very unprofessional. Pricing and expectations are also not clearly communicated, and frequent mentions of tips felt unprofessional. Overall, while she has talent, reliability, transparency, and respect for a client's time are essential--especially for important events--and that was consistently lacking in my experience. Again they were great with the baby and had the baby in 3 outfits and 3 settings. The photographers were great with both my kids - keeping the big one entertained and the small one quiet. We got the digital photos back a little over a week from when we went to the studio and our prints almost a month later. The big photo print was great on canvas but the smaller photo print with frame was shoddily done without any protective covering/clear film over the photo. The photos and edits came out great but the quality of frames prints compared to my first experience was slightly disappointing. Besides that, I'd still recommend them for an affordable newborn photoshoot - just be mindful that any additional person besides the parents will be $80.

We did a multi generational shoot this past Saturday and the patience Chao exhibited was that of a saint. His energy levels put a toddler's to shame and he will not give up until he has found a way to capture the image he is seeking perfectly. We were a tough group- a grandma with a tin meniscus and broken elbow, a grandpa with mild cognitive impairment, a surly teen who did not want to be at a studio, and a crazy toddler who didn't want to sit still. Plus my husband and me ( who pestered him incessantly about wanting to not look so fat lol) . Chao still managed to get 98 spectacular shots that I had emailed to me by 7 pm the following day. Unreal. Sometimes I think there is a ridiculous misconception that this is an "Asian" wedding studio. Sure, the owners are Taiwanese BUT perfect English is spoken AND they have shot events at every amazing venue for every ethnicity all over the tri state area- check out the stunning photos on their website! Gorgeous. And I won't even begin to tell you how reasonable the pricing is. It has to be heard to be believed. We've used other studios in the past who have charged three times as much for a fraction of the photos. And the photographers have not been anywhere near as accommodating. I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.
