I scheduled a pick up a few days later and they came and took our 14 boxes from the basement without a problem and were so kind and courteous. 3 days later I got the certificate that all our documents had been shredded. Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. I'm guessing that Lourdes is no longer with FedEx. The last couple of years, packages are back on…read morethe front step.... every time I have a package coming from FedEx, I have to contact them with the tracking number, so they can get ahead of it and tell the driver to please leave it at the side door. I've got about 16 case numbers and nothing gets done about anything. This morning two very heavy boxes were left on the front steps that I could not get inside. I had to call a friend who came by during their lunch hour to bring them to my side door so that I could get them inside. I don't understand what's going on with FedEx. Unless I contact them each time I have a delivery coming, the packages get left at the front. They even told me to set it up in my Delivery which I've done already years ago, and somebody at FedEx, who I spoke to through Twitter noted my account that all packages should always be delivered to the side door because of my disability. The drivers just don't care about their customers or maybe FedEx really isn't doing anything about it and just giving me case number of the case number. It doesn't get done... and each time I bring it to their attention they say someone's going to call, then they give me a case number and nobody calls and nothing gets done. Very disappointed in FedEx. UPS always brings everything to the side door after asking them one time. Going forward, I will not be sending packages via FedEx, I have no control of what comes in when I order online, but I will no longer be using or supporting FedEx to ship. I will be using UPS. It's a repeating problem with FedEx that never gets fixed, just empty promises, more case numbers, no phone calls, and no resolution. what a disappointment the Bohemia office is. tired of the lip service. they don't GAF.

Excellent job transferring my films & video tapes to DVD. I love their free pick-up service. I also had some slides converted onto a DVD slide show with background music which came out great. The turn around time was fairly quick. They also fixed one of my VHS tapes which was broken & put that onto a DVD. read more

So not a fully fledged hunt but a good hunt here and there when I thought about it. C&L Video Services has transferred all of my family's home videos from VHS to DVD. Granted this process is a little pricey but for what it's worth... it is well worth it. Carlos and his wife Lynda are wonderful. They handled everything with TLC! They also transferred a cassette tape to a CD my mom had of my late Grandfather. Knowing we'll have the original tape & now copies of it on CD for the rest of our lives brings much joy and love to our family's hearts. So thank you Carlos & Lynda for doing a great job on our family's videos and cassette. I highly recommend them if you're looking for someone to make your old memories watchable again.
