I looked for one that was highly recommended and near me, with a good choice of working hours and one that would be open on Saturday (when things have a way of breaking), and started phoning. Almost immediately, I found PC Recreated Computer Repair and spoke directly to Carlos who agreed to come to my home within 2 hours' time. Right on our agreed time, Carlos arrived and I took him to my office where he asked questions and began looking through my computer to see what various details he needed to know in order to determine if and or what was needed. He installed a new virus protection that had warning alerts attached and he went through my icons and got rid of things that I did not need and basically cleaned up my whole system. I am an author, so I've worked on a computer for years, but I do not consider myself a computer techy or guru. I could tell Carlos knew what he was doing and I sensed his honesty. I asked lots of questions and felt very pleased with his answers. I could tell he was knowledgeable and he was willing to answer each question I had. I was impressed with his working hours from 9 AM - 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. I was impressed that he worked quickly and was thorough. And I was surprised his fee was so reasonable considering the amount of work he did and the time he spent. He was polite and respectful and if I could give him 10 stars I would!!!!!
