To try and prove they did the work, they even handed me two old RAM sticks, claiming they were the parts they took out. ​Here is the problem: The Lenovo 3i comes with 8GB of RAM soldered directly to the motherboard, meaning there is only ONE extra expansion slot. It is physically impossible for them to have removed two RAM sticks from my machine. To make matters worse, the extra slot still isn't working, meaning they didn't actually install any new hardware either. ​I paid $100 for a completely fabricated repair and a couple of random old parts from their shop. Don't be fooled by their words. Go somewhere else. Yesterday, settings opened by itself and scrolled to the page which has multi-control. Multi-control was already enabled. For those that don't know multi-control allows someone to remote control your device from another phone, computer, etc. Not cool. I disabled it. I was told diagnostic would be done before any repairs. My phone won't last a work shift without draining the battery completely. I used my phone twice last night. Once to turn it on to send a text but never got a chance to type it and, the other was to have someone ring my phone. That's it. I leave work and my phone was at 27%. My phone was at 94% when I left home. How did they run diagnostics and not notice this ridiculous battery drain? It wasn't like this before. I will be buying another phone from my carrier because this one is going in the trash or getting traded in for another one.
