This doctor did the same scan but said nothing about that. I was supposed to be called to come back for a follow up appointment. It's been a month and 2 weeks. They even had a walled-off children's area for my 2.5 year old to play in (a lifesaver!) The doctor was so very nice and made great conversation, and I felt entirely comfortable throughout the exam. An technician does the primary check of your eyes and then you see the doctor. They do not give you a lot of time with him. Here is the downside: I have insurance that covers one visit a year and they know it. They scheduled me prior to the year and guess what-no coverage. I talked to them and they were going to fix it. Here comes another bill and it isn't fixed. So my care rating is a 4, my back office is unacceptable. The jury is still out. Personally I like the doctor so I hope he fixes this issue...because I am getting nowhere.
