Betty was the only one who actually listened to everything we needed AND wanted, plus checked on a lot of things no one else did and made a few great suggestions. Their estimate was higher than others we got but it became VERY clear that the difference was worth paying. The team is incredibly skilled and they were constantly checking on details I would have never even considered. They were very respectful of our space, used high-quality materials, and made sure nothing affected our HOA restrictions (as much as we wish we could replace the fence!). Betty was always in communication and easy to reach with questions, and she stopped by at several points in the process to see that everything was meeting her high standards. The team left us with a cleaned space and detailed instructions about how to maintain everything long-term. We will absolutely be calling CIB for our next project.

He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall. He cleaned up after he was done and it was left immaculate. I would highly recommend Mark and would call on him again. Very friendly and good man, one of the best contractors I've hired.

And he was VERY patient with me, working with me when I had to be out of town, and I totally trusted him to do the right thing with the smaller items, but for the larger items, he was willing to rearrange his schedule with other projects to allow for me to be here when he handled the them. (I know that wasn't easy on him!) He does almost all the work himself, and is very precise, with great attention to detail, very trustworthy and highly professional. I have referred him to a number of our neighbors - and always happy to give him a good recommendation to anyone who is interested in hearing more!
