Kyleen went above and beyond to get me the finished placenta pills in half the time she quoted. She went way out of her way to deliver them to my house, which is in the middle of no where. When she dropped the placenta pills off she stayed to ensure that everything was good with the baby, birth, breastfeeding, siblings, comfort, mood and pain level. Which, again, was way above the service I paid for.  The actual product was amazing. I recommend Kyleen to everyone in Tucson and placenta encapsulation to absolutely everyone. Before our appointment, breastfeeding was painful--I'd rate the latch pain around a 7/10. By the end of our visit, with Ceit's guidance and hands-on coaching, it was down to a 0/10. It took some time and practice implementing everything she taught us at home, but it was absolutely worth it. Now I have completely pain-free breastfeeding, Oliver is nursing much more effectively, staying full for 2-3 hours instead of just 45-60 minutes, and we've been able to stop supplementing with formula because he's transferring milk so well. Cassandra went beyond our expectations. She was able to prepare us and provide a lot of knowledge and support prior to labor. She taught us a lot of techniques we could use before, during, and after labor. She listened to me and my partner, which was another important thing for us. As for the most part, my birthing plan did not go as I had planned. I ended up having preeclampsia and got induced 3 weeks early. I couldn't have done it without Cassandra and my partner, though. Cassandra made sure I was comfortable; she brought snacks, tea, games, a tablet to watch movies, and even went out to go get me a slushie I was craving so badly. She brought all of her tools as well. She also took pictures that we will forever cherish. Her support and knowledge were everything we needed and more. I honestly could not have done it without her; she was absolutely amazing! She also kept my placenta and made tablets for me. She was also going to make a keepsake out of the cord and make it into a heart, but was unable to since my cord was so short.
