Some staff just stare at their phone when customers come and go and dont appear approachable so i hesitate to engage them as i have more questions re the training program. Another concern is the men's locker rooms, bathroom and sauna need a good cleaning. Consistently smells like men's room in a truck plaza and less than clean.
