I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow but the fan will not kick off and my wife just had surgery and this being our only vehicle I have to drive it. I simply asked if they could hook to it and see what is wrong and is it safe to drive . Also asked if they had a loaner vehicle. They said they couldn't step out wait for our appointment tomorrow. Also if we continue to drive the vehicle the repairs will be on us. I'm most certainly sure they knew the deal with the truck right off.

He was rude and completely lacked any customer service skills. He gave me an appointment and asked me for my warranty information, which I did not have at that moment. I called back the next day to give him the requested information and he was obviously annoyed and indignant that I was calling him back to bother him yet again. On a positive note, we have purchased vehicles from them and of course, they are very happy to help. They actually want to earn a sale. It's the salary/hourly people that feel they don't have to have any customer service skills.
