I was there last Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 12pm. This was my first time getting a tattoo. I ended up leaving with the two I have wanted for a long time. I am not a young chick and I felt I was treated like I was an idiot. The front desk guy was great and very nice, talkative and informative ... but once I was with the Tattoo Artist I felt like I was in his way, I was annoying, he actually got irritated at me if I asked for something to be more centered for my Medical ID on my wrist, WAY before he even started inking it on me. I don't even recall him giving me his name. Was irritated the entire time I was getting my Tattoo's done. I left paying 220 dollars with a 60 dollar tip, never was rude back to him, hopefully my tip reminded him that even when you give your bad day to someone else, they refuse to take it into their world and treat people with respect, like I did for him. Disappointed, but I made the best of it with my "Little Sister" and we are pleased with his "word" tattoo's, just need to find someone else to dress it up more and give me a DOG paw not a BEAR paw. Researched and found his name : Chris Hurtsville - need Customer Service Class, How to Treat people with Respect Class... OR How not to be an Ass when you want people to recommend you Class... If you're reading these reviews, you're already making the right choice. Over the course of roughly 35-40 hours of what I'd call "pleasant stabbing," Rachel managed to complete three stunning masterpieces: a 3/4 right arm sleeve, a full sleeve on my left arm, and a memorial tattoo on my left shoulder. Even though I struggled to articulate exactly what I wanted, Rachel somehow brought my vision to life with the most incredible artwork. Honestly, I almost feel unworthy of it--I may own the canvas, but the art will always belong to her. As someone who deals with PTSD and anxiety, I've never felt more comfortable in a space. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the other artists are absolutely hilarious, making the entire experience even better. I'll be coming back for every tattoo I get until I'm a 90-year-old, crusty vet. And no, this review isn't influenced by the fact that they gave me a sucker and gold star stickers for being a total champ. Fantastic tattoo shop. I have tried others but this one is by far the best I have ever been to. My experience was with a most amazing artist and the skill involved was second to none. If I could give this artist a 10 Star review then I surely would. It takes a special person to do this kind of work, dedication and understanding for the customer. Patience to deal with any issues that may arise. I found the staff and artists at Heebee Jeebees to be exceptional to say the least. Recently got my first tattoo here with Rachel. She was very friendly and helpful and created a really beautiful design with the photos I sent her. She spent lots of time working with me to create a design that I loved and gave me great advice about size, placement and coloring. She checked in with me frequently throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed breaks. Rachel is a super talented artist and it was fascinating to watch the tattoo come together. Shop was clean and organized and all of the staff was very friendly. My husband and I decided (a bit spontaneously) to get tattoos while vacationing in Colorado. We stopped in as walk in customers and were able to get a consultation with Rachel, and set up an appointment for later that day. Rachel considered our vision of what we wanted and did so well in making it come to fruition. The process of exchanging ideas and creating a picture together was very rewarding and she was great to work with. Just got the most beautiful delicate filigree vines and butterflies tattoo with Chris. He was very patient listening to what I wanted and looking at the photos I brought in and then came up with a custom design that was EXACTLY what I had in mind. Chris is very friendly, considerate and an incredible artist. The shop is clean, pleasant and actually smelled like disinfectant - which is a good thing! I will return and send everyone I know. They did a awsome job on my Tat. Karen the owner did it. The picture is on thier web-site of a AfricanGrey Parrot. It is a picture of my AfricanGrey Parrot that I lost durning last summer he died from heart problem that came up suddenly he was gone in 24 hours I never even got to bring him home to die at home but now he'll be with me forever. I came to Heebee Jeebees to get my first big tattoo and it was an amazing experience. My artist was Carl and he did and absolutely amazing job on my tattoo. I was a little nervous in the beginning but he made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. The owner Karen was also very sweet and made sure I was comfortable as well (She even snuck me some numbing cream). Both were very amazing people and the shop was very clean. My first tattoo and it was a very comfortable experience! John at the desk is great, super customer service. Chris did an amazing job with my image. I've had it a few days and people stop me and comment how beautiful the work is. One of my friends who has quite a bit of ink, was remarking at how much detail and depth is in the work he did. My daughter and I got our tattoos done there and Chris M. did a GREAT JOB!!! We were originally not going to get color but, he looked so excited when he was telling us the ideas he had, we couldn't resist. The locket and key turned out perfectly. Karen was fantastic. She put both my sister and I at ease as we each got a tattoo in memory of our grandmother who recently passed. Karen gave us her opinion on placement and size and answered any questions we had which was helpful since it was my sister's first. The facility itself was very clean and nice. My mother who dislikes tattoos actually said if she decided to ever get one that she would come back. read more

Even though Karen and I had an appointment at 2pm on Friday 3/5/16 and she never showed nor called. However, Dez and the receptionist (young gal who likes Fleetwood Mac) were very nice and accommodating and Dez ended up spending quite a bit of time finding the font for my tattoo. Everything was clean (the floors, baseboards, etc) and they are very sterile there. Price is reasonable. Quality is excellent. read more

One of the best shops in town! John was super friendly, and very professional. One of the best managers I've met at a tattoo shop. He recommended Chris Hurtsville to do my wolf tattoo, and Chris did an awesome job. He's as good as they come, and pretty fast. I went in to get my tattoo touched up by Chris, he did not originally tattoo me but did an incredible job touching it up! He made my flower on my chest really pop and more defined!
