I've seen Ishmael about 4-5 times and walked out of my last session because I couldn't stand his narcissistic, condescending attitude. one of the first sessions I asked if he could add flames. "no it won't make sense with the story." ok. today he asks me what colors I want for my snake. I say I want blue and red. he said "no it'll look like a bomb pop" ok?? he literally has a huge blue and red dragon hanging from his wall. so basically I don't get any say in what MY TATTOO that IM PAYING YOU TO DO AND WILL BE ON MY BODY FOREVER LOOKS LIKE?? I specifically told him I didn't want the teeth he suggested and he did it anyway. this is when I asked him why he would do something I told him I didn't want and he said "if you don't like it you should probably leave." Ishmael had a raging superiority complex and he can't take his head out of his ass for one second to see a different perspective. save your time and money and go somewhere else. I now have a half done sleeve but I would rather wear this unfinished my entire life than spend another second pretending his breath didn't stink and his personality didn't make me want to jump off a cliff. read more

I found their customer service to be a negative. If i could give this joint a negative score I would, The owner acted like he knew me and knew my story. He asked me questions in front of other customers when i asked to speak privately. I had questions and wanted feedback, i wanted help not rude opinions. I was very unpleased with their service and how I was treated, I was rudely given orders and was not treated politely like a human. I felt disrespected and I know two of my other friends felt the same way. I would go anywhere else, this place needs to learn how to be nice. Been getting tattooed by Sonny here for a few years, hands down one of the best tattoo shops I've encountered. From day one even when I walked in with not a drop of ink on me he treated me with respect and conducted everything in a very professional manner. The dude is one of the best at what he does and his work reflects that. The attached photos are of my sleeve we just finished that was started in 2020 so some of the work is healed and some fresh. I've been tattooed all over Colorado Springs, and this shop is by far my favorite. I've had work done at pens and needles, west side, all of the shops people tell you about and recommend; this one is my favorite. From the outside it doesn't look the best but it is a great shop. I got a big piece on my elbow and it was done fast and really really well. My friend and I were both walk ins and they got us in back to back. Woke up on Friday and wanted a tattoo. I've been to a few shops in the area and they are OK but this one.... I felt like I was back home at a classic traditional shop. Sonny and Ian both kicked ass. I grabbed a piece of flash off the walls, that are COVERED in traditional flash, of a devil baby on a chopper. I love it!! Ian did a phenomenal job and it came out better than I expected. 10/10 will be back and will get bigger pieces done as well. I finally found my new local shop!! read more

I do not know why yelp continues to take down negative reviews. People should be aware of their customer service skills or lack there of. I was treated so rudely and wanted to cry after i spoke to the owner. His advice was uncalled for and the customer is always right, so get yourself together. read more

Just barely open a month, went in to see Ish for some more work. Never disappointed like usual. Also Ron and Jared knocking out some sick work. Pretty badass shop setup as well. Highly recommend these guys wether your a first timer or working in a buddy suit. read more
