So by the time it was noticed, I was more worried about the dress physically staying on. I was relatively new to Atlanta & had gotten my dress at Bridals By Lori's - this was suggested & I went with it. The whole process felt rushed, there was parts I still wasn't completely sold on but they told me thats how the wedding dress was supposed to feel / it was supposed to be put on that high. Instead, I received shoes that are now distorted, misshapen, poorly repaired, and in worse condition than when I dropped them off. expensive and elegant heels now have uneven shafts, visible bulges, warped silhouettes, sloppy glue residue, damaged finishes, and mismatched repairs. Some heel tips appear improperly installed, and several shoes look as though they were handled without any regard for preserving their original structure. When dropping off the heels I spoke with John and he assured me he can fix what was needed to be fixed and that he's worked with luxury heels before and I was in good hands . I am shocked that any reputable repair shop especially the owner John would consider this level of workmanship acceptable. Rather than restoring my shoes, they have left them looking damaged and, in some cases, virtually unwearable. I would strongly caution anyone with designer footwear or sentimental pieces to think twice before trusting this establishment (John. ) My experience has been incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking, and I deeply regret leaving my collection in his care.

The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price.
