When I first visited Dr Runyon's office, I explained my fears to the hygienist as well as my determination to get over them. She was so comforting and understanding. I am now completely fine with going to the dentist because of how comfortable and confident they made me feel. No more sitting in the chair with tears rolling down my cheeks!!! That was over a year ago and my children and I have had several visits since that first one. I do not have a bad thing to say about this office. The staff, from the front office staff to the hygienist to the dentists themselves, are all superior. I've never had a problem booking an appointment and once in the lobby I've never had to wait long to be take care of. i flossed and a piece of my tooth came out so I scheduled an appointment apparently I needed a…read morecrown due to not enough filling I had to have another follow up appointment which I was seen 1 hour later after my initial schedule time for the temp crown it was going well at first untill they needed to extract it without any numbing it hurt so much It was throbbing for about a month once I was seen for the crown placement I had a cleaning and cavity all scheduled for one go it felt very very rushed they were trying to extract it again without any numbing I was shaking so much from the pain and they still did not stop trying to pry it out they only stopped after I started tearing up and it felt like they got annoyed by it once they had everything numbed and got most of my cavities fixed after they added an additional fix they didn't state which tooth just oh I found another cavity and they started working on it I was in pain for another week and a half since the dental cavity fill was too high I went back again they almost fixed it my bite is still misaligned and she didn't fill a tooth hole she created which she stated was natural way of my tooth which it's is not I now have to find someone else since I'm still in so much pain I have to take pain killers to eat it's been 2 weeks now

Because of my insurance I had no choice though. They were the closest around. Went to get my 6 month check up, X-rays and cleaning. I have always taken very good care of my teeth and I've gone to a dentist throughout my life twice a year to get my teeth cleaned. Everything that I've read about that are red flags to run from at a dentist he was trying to pull on me. Never have I ever felt like I was being attacked by a "used car salesman" in my life at a dentist office until this place. Berating me for disagreeing with him. Refusing to clean my teeth without doing a deep gum cleaning. The dentist telling me that I'm so far down the list of gum disease that he made it sound like I could die any day now when I didn't have a single problem that was on the list of signs that you have gum disease. Telling me I had to get things done ASAP. The girl trying to force me to sign the paper to spend a bunch of unnecessary money was rolling her eyes at me. Just the most unprofessional dentist I have ever witnessed in my life. Do yourself a favor. If you can find a good private dentist practice that you like avoid these money swindlers at all cost. I'm changing my insurance so I will never have to deal with this again. Oh, and the $59 that they advertise for cleaning, x-ray and exam...the bill to my insurance company was well over $1000 for just x-rays. They never cleaned my teeth.

I was able to get an appointment immediately. The office is lovely, the staff is friendly and everyone was extremely professional. My appointment was organized, the process was completed quickly and I was able to leave with a new crown that same day. We are so happy add Elite Dentistry to our contact list as our new dentist!

Follow up on my cleaning/check/cavities. In my youth a…read moredentist used the inside of my mouth as a pin cushion before the area was numb and he could work on the tooth. Since then I have been a nervous dental patient. Dr. Glass did ONE shot with (pre-numbing salve) for each tooth he had to work on. That was a relief. (2 shots/2 cavities) The crown was completed early 1:45 vs 2:30 and is holding well. The other filling was completed while the crown was curing. I also had a broken filling and Dr. Glass made a repair to that as well, stopping a food trap. There are 3 dentists and a multitude of dental hygentists in the office. It is run for maximum efficiency. The work is well done and the environment is as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Kim was extremely personable! I was impressed immediately from the fact that she was the one to call us back from the waiting room and do the X-rays herself after taking time to explain what we might see on the new X-rays. She ended up getting SIGNIFICANTLY better images than the ones we had from the other office and was able to prove there was no cavity. The other office was ready to put a crown on that tooth and sealant on all the other molars costing us over $600 AFTER the membership discount from the package we paid for for the year. Where the other office seemed very corporate and all about how many patients they could see at a time and jumping the gun on charging us for unnecessary procedures based on horrible images, Dr. Kim couldn't have been more opposite. She has a small office with only a couple of exam chairs so she can offer more personal treatments. And it really feels like she cares more about your child's dental health than how she can profit off of you as a patient. We will recommend Dr. Kim to any and everyone!
