But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). We were both tired and frustrated and yet he still went above and beyond and did what was best for me and my car.

AAA sent me a text link which included a map showing the location of the Advantage Tow Truck dispatched. Within 1.5 hours, the tow truck driver (Advantage Towing) arrived and he asked me 1. to confirm the reason for the breakdown 2. for me to provide the suv keys 3. confirm the address of the repair shop 4. Did I need a ride to the repair shop. Yes, I was worried and panicked because this is what we females do best. However, this tow truck driver was very professional and recognized my panicked switch was ON and so he smiled and said to me "I got this" and off he went with my suv to the repair shop. When I arrived at the repair shop 1.my suv was already safely parked in the repair lot 2. tow truck driver and the repair shop guy were discussing my suv This is nothing short of an amazing feat! The time for them to arrive at 11:35 p.m. came and went with yet another text that they will now arrive at 12:40 am. WHERE were they towing cars from and to where? Okay...now this is a bit much when you're stranded with no place to go in the middle of the night, and with a 19 month old baby. Now considering you don't speak directly to an agent but are directed via chat that's even more frustrating! I could share the entire flurry of chats with you, but I'll just post this last one: "Your roadside request has been assigned to ADVANTAGE TOWING INC. Their technician should arrive by 2:47 AM. I will send you an update as soon as they are on their way to you." Are YOU kidding me? Middle finget to you Advantage! So, on the phone I go to contact AAA member services--why am I paying for this type of service from an incompetent towing service to NOT show up? Who does this...wait for nearly 5 hours for repeat text messages of they are NOT coming as promised. As far as I'm concerned, it is my feeling they were in a bar somewhere getting plastered and didn't want to be bothered on a Saturday night. Don't expect them to come to assist you if it's a cold winter day. Luckily for us, it was NOT cold, but comfortable waiting in our car chatting for another MORE reliable towing service to send a technician named CJ to the rescue who came and handled the problem in LESS than 10 minutes. It was a security issue under the hood but Advantage would NOT know that because THEY did not have the time! Stay away from "Advantage Towing, INC". Ask AAA who they are sending and if it's them, decline, decline, decline and have them find a more competent service sent your way. We did just that! If I could rate them with 0 stars, that is what they do deserve. But in order for me to leave a review, you apparently have to pick at least 1 star. WHERE is the "0" I really want to leave? They are HORRIBLE and not worth you taking the chance they will come when they initially say they will. Maybe they were busy towing cars from a business or an establishment where people were out having a good time only to find their car gone when they got to it, I don't know, but stay away if you value your time. AAA sent a towing request…read moreand after waiting 3 hours and hearing nothing, i called the company to see what was up. was told by the towing that no request had been received..later found out immediately after his suggestion of paying $200 they would send someone and declining telling him i would check with AAA first to see if there was a mix up, THEY DECLINED THE REQUEST TO SEND A TOW TRUCK AS SOON AS I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM. Not to mention i was 10 min away from them. horrible service and customer service. I would give zero stars if i could.
