These guys were awesome to work with. I live 3 and a half hours away and my daughters car broke down near Crafton. They were super quick with a tow for her and took care of her vehicle in less than an hour. I spoke with the driver on the phone and he was really cool about it. He also said that he would stay with her until her sister got there to pick her up so she wasn't sitting alone. Thank you so much for being a decent human being. I dont know the drivers name or ID give him a personal shout out. 5 stars in my book. Keep doing business like you care about your services you provide. Had to get my stuff out of car after wreck and they were very rude to me except the ladies in the office.outside help very rude.

I would highly recommend this shop they made my 2013 kia optima look like new after my accident they go above and beyond my car had been washed inside and out when I picked it up . Nice people to work with . Hopefully I have no more accidents but this is THE body shop to go to! read more

I own a Porsche 911 that unfortunately needs a new clutch and could not be driven . I called Thomas towing for a flatbed truck to take my car to be repaired. The driver was on time and could not have been nicer. He expertly moved my car up on the flatbed very carefully not doing any damage to the front spoiler. I highly recommend this shop from communications with their office to the driver there were five stars all the way! I now understand why they been in business since the 1940s ! first off, son was in car accident, fender bender, requested not to hook up if not going to tow to our home, that did not happen tow driver hooked up and took car to their shop, then i had to pay 400.00 for that tow and tow car to our home, i have been requesting receipt for the insurance company, 4 times now and i have not received the receipt as of date. forced to tow to them and then to my home. wont use again read more

Super friendly and helpful after I had an accident only a couple weeks after moving to Pittsburgh. They got me in the same day I called for an estimate and I got to keep my car until the parts were in a few days later. They kept the exact schedule they quoted to me during the estimate and I had my car back in a week. They even recommended rental car places nearby to make the process painless.
