Walked into Diani was not greeted at all. I didn't take immediate offense since I understand that staff can be busy. I walked around and then was curious about the beautiful jewelry in the case. I could hear the staff member organizing sections of clothing. I never once was acknowledged or even asked if I would like assistance or if I would like to see something. Absolutely nothing. Now I have a few friends that shop there frequently and never have I been told that the service was poor and rude so I didn't have any preconceived notions. I decided to leave and when I turned around saw the staff member organizing sections and I said hello. Her reply was cold and dismissive but she did say hello. The first thing I thought of was wow, people should always treat others with respect especially in a high end store, you never ever know who has a lot of money in Santa Barbara so therefore judging is just poor etiquette! I will never go back to that store and maybe the staff member should remember that she is working for the store clearly not shopping in it. Diani please be respectful, Santa Barbara is a small town.

Men's clothing, women clothing, hats, scarves, some jewelry, baby items, kitchen tabletop items, soaps, etc.. Some of the reviews said the items are expensive but honestly, you get what you pay for these days. Everything is expensive. As long as it's quality I don't mind and her items are quality. I bought a silky lounge set with matching robe and I can't wait to put it on. It is the softest silkies set I've had in a long time. Clothing selection is comfortable and casual. Some reviews mentioned they felt like they were being watched. I just felt like the staff was attentive. I am on a good day a size 12 and on a bad day a 14 and I couldnt find one single pair of pants in your store that I could wear. Your target market, if I may be so bold is 45-65, which is the age range of those of us ladies who have had children and have had hormones and life. Why then would your limited stock only house clothes that would fit size 6? Nothing wrong with size 6 but can't we be inclusive and love all our sizes?? Wait before you say I can't stock every single size DONT!!! You can stock one style above a size 10. On the upside your sales woman was very pleasant and offered some assistant though it would be good if she understood basic garment measurements as your sizing does tend to vary.
