High quality cream here and I love how thick the Vanilla Bean was. This is how real ice cream should be enjoyed. Definitely noting this one because it's going to be enjoyed all seasons of the year whenever I return to visit SMC. The Mountain Blackberry Revel was good too, but not as good as the Vanilla Bean.
