This place in Hebo is fantastic. The barista was friendly, it was a cute driveup kiosk and looked clean and otganized from what I could see. We were driving from Lincoln City to Long Beach and needed lunch at about 2:00. We got two espresso drinks, they were perfect. We got a half order of biscuits and gravy for the kid who proclaimed it delicious. We got two grilled hot dogs ( they have all the toppings, I got yellow mustard and sweet relish, the kid got ketchup and relish but they also offer onions and sauerkraut) for $4.50 each and they were amazing. Soft bun, great flavor, more like a sausage than a typical crummy hot dog. We got a blueberry coffeecake square for later. It was ok. Lots of blueberries. Would totally go back. 10/10 read more

The woman at the window that helped us was so kind the entire time. Drinks and food came out quick and everything was reasonably priced. Iced Vanilla Soy Latte: - It had your caffeine that's for sure. However, I prefer my coffee to taste like coffee with a splash of vanilla. Not the other way around. - I saw 2 non-dairy options, soy and almond. - Comes with a reusable straw! Iced Mocha: - Same as the vanilla latte - had the coffee kick and was really good! Great food options to eat while on the road! The bagel was toasted and had plenty of cream cheese. They had different bagel options too. I. Love. This. Place! Don't let the fact that this place is in the middle of nowhere fool you. It's amazing! My friend lives around this area and she brought me here after 2 years of living in the area and I'm kind of mad at her for depriving me of Yellow Dog Espresso during that time. Ms. K. and I stopped here on our way out of town last weekend. It is right on the junction of 101 and 22 and we've passed it 100 times, but never stopped. Ms. K. got a vanilla latte and I got a mocha. Meh. First of all they were *blazing* hot. It took probably 20-30 minutes before we could even sip them. Which can be good, but generally I'd like to be able to drink my coffee relatively close to when I get it. My mocha was quite a bit sweeter than I'd like. Then when I finally got to the bottom, it was kind of lumpy and syrupy. Weird, really. Suffice it to say that neither Ms. K. nor I finished our drink, which is sad. This quaint coffee hut is the best coffee break for a long drive on 101. We went from Depoe Bay to Cannon Beach and were exhausted and in need of caffeine!!! Since there isn't much in the middle of the trees, this was the perfect stop. Though it's in a small location, I would definitely say it's the best mocha I've had in a while!! As coffee shop owners and self-professed coffee snobs, we appreciated having to sit for a few extra minutes while they adjusted the grind to get good shots (it had recently rained, which theew off the grind). Our kids work on staff at a Boy Scout camp near Tillamook so we're often passing Yellow Dog on our way to or from the valley. If Yellow Dog is open we stop, without fail! Best peanut butter milk shake I've EVER had. Kids and hubby report that the blackberry and chocolate PB shakes are also fantastic.
