For multiple days I was attempting to talk to someone through the message system. No reply for several days. So much for "please reply back to this message if you have any questions." (Picture attached as reference) So today before my appointment I called the Billing on my own since no one has done their job in telling me if this facility takes my insurance. I talked to Rosemary whom stated I will be paying $40 per procedure and so I proceeded to drive the long way here. When I arrive they told me I am actually out of network and I will be paying $110!? No one has done their job or their part and made me call them for wrong information, go out of my way and take time out of my day just to find out they got the information wrong, and I'm actually out of network !!! What a waste of time and money. You all should have someone reliable for doing their job in the billing department and replying to your customers within 24 hours. read more

I went in for an MRI. I was seen at my appointment time. The tech was great. She asked pertinent questions, explained the process and got me in the tube. Since I am not claustrophobic, it was a relatively easy time. loud banging dimmed by ear plugs. Typical MRI. I appreciated the tech's experience and ease with the process. Impossible to schedule. They text you about scheduling an appt, you call the number, follow the automated instructions, then are you are told that the extension is invalid and are disconnected. This has happened multiple times spread over multiple months. Have no idea how they stay in business. read more

I have left voice mail telling them to pls call me back and haven't received any response , what I'm seeing this is the worst customer service, delayed with responses maybe not good at communicating and can't imagine if they are the same way in person. read more

Could not complete a much needed MRI for my blown out L4 in my lower back as the techinician that spoke horrible english shoved me in an MRI tube to small for my body size and ended up having a panic attack ! In my experience ,in attempting to schedule an appointment: -expect to wait on the phone for at least 5 minutes before a live person answers -expect to speak to a surly receptionist who treats you as if you are annoying the receptionist -expect that you will not be able to scan and email the forms from your doctor that describe the types of imaging -I was required to take pictures of such forms and text them to the receptionist -expect not to have your phone call never returned when you have waited so long on the phone to speak to a live personthat you are prompted to press 1 and leave a message that is suppossed to be returned as soon as possible . Love this place! This is my second great experience with Memorial MRI & Diagnostic. I could not be more happy with the quality of care and attention that I received. I have been experiencing headaches and mild chest pain recently and my doctor wanted to make sure nothing serious was going on. I went to Memorial MRI for scans on my head and chest. The staff did a good job explaining the various tests I would receive and what I would experience as I underwent them. The doctors, technicians and staff were highly competent, friendly and caring. As far as the facility itself, it is one of the cleanest doctor's offices I have ever visited. Given the unusual times, the office screened all patients before they entered the building to make sure they did not have a fever or present possible symptoms of COVID-19. I felt very safe once inside the building and loved seeing the staff sanitizing various spaces throughout the office. Everything seemed new, clean and state-of-the-art and my test experience was pain-free and comfortable. I highly, highly recommend Memorial MRI & Diagnostic for their quality of care, attention to detail and for their state-of-the-art facility. read more

The Billing department is very rude. The one specific lady who answers the phone does not respond to the clients politely instead disrespects and acts as if you are asking something really odd. I had called them a week ago inquiring about my refund and I was told to call back after a week and now when I did, this is how I was treated. I was charged a wrong copay and all i wanted to know was when I will receive the refund because my insurance had already paid them but instead she responded that she does not know and it could take years because there are only 2 ladies in billing department and so many locations. Interestingly, once I inquired further that you must know something or is there someone who would be able to answer me, she responds back with more rude responses when I told her that my insurance company will contact to clear any confusion, she responded with WOW!!! I told her you are being very rude when I am polite and she futher disrespects. Becareful, when you pay them, billing department is not going to help you. You will have to reach out to your insurance and complain. UPDATE: Someone called me back from the facility and already apologized which I greatly appreciate. read more

I called Memorial MRI at 1346 Campbell Road to schedule an appointment for myself. I sat on hold for nearly 15 minutes before someone picked up on their end and promptly hung up on me! They didn't say a word, just picked up the phone and set it back down...so I gave them the benefit of thinking maybe it was an accident. I called back and sat on hold for another 8-10 minutes before getting really annoyed and hanging up. I called Houston MRI and a human answered the phone on the second ring and scheduled my MRI immediately! WOW! What a concept - they answered their phone, scheduled my appointment and I'm going to give them my money for their services! Memorial MRI could use some help with their phone etiquette! read more

Not sure if they even deserve one star. Arrived for my appointment, was already in the office with the technician, when the manager called and started screaming on the phone (so loud that I could hear), telling the technician to let me waiting and drive to the other location to attend a customer that was upset and yelling. The technician was apologetic, but said that had to leave, and, I left unattended, without having the MRI done. I am sure they lost 2 customers today. read more

When I called for an appointment I got their voice mail. The message says "your call is very important to us". It sure didn't seem like it! I was on hold for a long time and then cut off. I called back and chose the option where the next available person would call me back. After an hour no one had called. I called again, on hold again for ten minutes when I just gave up. I went in to Memorial MRI for a women's exam this morning and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Laura scheduled me over the phone and was very pleasant to speak with. The reception staff was quick to greet me and take my temperature for safety precautions. I was then called promptly back to the Woman's Center where Cathy greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Elvira was my screening technician and she was very patient, informative and professional. I appreciated the promptness and professionalism of my visit. Worst clinic and service ever. DO NOT GO HERE! They don't answer the phone and when the information they collect is inaccurate. I showed up for my appointment in which I specifically requested the Campbell location and they sent me to Katy. I rescheduled only to have them tell me I needed my work order (they never communicated this before) . We left and will never go back. read more

This was my third experience with Memorial MRI locations and it reminded me of my first amazing experience. Due to COVID, they established some procedures to ensure patient safety. There was a centralized check in entrance where our temperatures were checked, and the chairs were properly situated for social distancing. This time I went for my mammogram. There was a special women's area for mammograms. The check in was friendly and efficient. The waiting room was clean and nicely decorated; it felt more like a living room than a typical doctor's waiting room. The technician made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, explaining the whole procedure and images they were taking. She helped me feel comfortable before and during the tests. This was the first place that did a 3D mammogram-- I felt it was very technologically advanced. I left feeling very cared for. The facilities are clean and parking is convenient. read more

Their wait time is ridiculous. I waited for an hour and a half before being summoned for my MRI.

There is no point of making an appointment here, you'll wait just as long as walk-ins!!! 3 hour wait for a x-ray!

I called on Wednesday 10/25/17 at 8:19 a.m. to reschedule an appointment for my father, who initially was scheduled for 10/27/17 at 3:15. I explained to the person (whose name I now realize I should have written down too) that I needed to reschedule the appointment for my father. The person I spoke to for 4 minutes assured me multiple times that the appointment was rescheduled for Friday 10/27/17 at 4 p.m. I even wrote down the rescheduled date on my father's doctor's note. Why is it that when I call at 2:58 on 10/27/17 to ensure that I have the correct location for the 4 pm "rescheduled" appointment, I am told that the "rescheduled" appointment was not rescheduled? The appointment was still listed as 10/27/17 at 3:15, not 4 p.m. as I had requested and assured was changed. This incompetence is unacceptable. How difficult is it to input this information into your computer system? Now my father and I are inconvenienced and have to take more time off work because whomever I spoke to in scheduling does not know how to do her job. read more

This facility is a bit small but they do take walk ins for Xrays. Everything else is for appointments only. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Seems a bit confusing because their other facility is about a block away so watch out for that! There seems not to be enough for parking so keep in mind you might have to wait a bit for that or park at their other location and walk to this facility. read more
