I had been going to the center probably when we moved to the area somewhere in the early 80s. I could not speak highly enough about the place however I guess it was probably about a year or so ago I found out that over the course of a few years my primary physician was never given any of my x-rays or results from my MRIs and when I drove there to go get them myself to then drive back to the physicians office so that I can get another MRI to show that I did have issues there was no remorse there wasn't even any apology there wasn't even a made up excuse ... It was almost as if I was being treated as business as usual and if I wasn't one of those people who are persistent, I may not have had the care that I had to get to get another MRI which then I just went to Stat imaging in Deptford and I had excellent care which is where I'm going to go from this point on. I was finally reminded to put a review out there when I tried to call for the last hour to the main headquarters so I can put a formal complaint into their corporate office they didn't know the number and left me on hold so long that I decided to just put this review out there. And honestly, what even reminded me of it is when Someone told me about their experience and the stupidity of a staff member to actually say when you tell them it may be under a maiden name and they are too stupid and actually say is it under the same first name? That speaks volumes absolutely volumes and no I did not proof this for accuracy as I'm speaking into the phone

I hate needles so the whole thing was traumatic for me but the staff made me SO comfortable and really took great care of me. Pain went away shortly thereafter and all the swelling was gone within 24 hours.

I decided to make an appointment with Precious Glance for my husbands father's day present since he had not seen the baby yet. Calling and making the appointment was painless and easy. I was able to get a Saturday appointment so my husband did not have to take off work. One thing to be aware of before making an appointment is you need your Doctor or Mid-Wife to fill out paper work to see your little one. Going into the appointment, we were excited and ready to see our baby. But we did not want to know the sex of the baby until a gender reveal shower. We were greeted by a very nice ultrasound technician and then taken into a back room. The ultrasound room was large, great if you had a large family to see the baby. There was also a large flat screen television for maximum viewing pleasure. The ultrasound technician told us to turn our heads away from the screen to see if she was able to figure out whether we were having a boy or girl. After about two minutes we could look at our baby again. The ultrasound technician did a great job on not letting us know the se of the baby. She then printed out pictures for us to take home to ahh at later. I also asked her to place a picture of the baby's sex in a sealed envelope to give to the baker of our gender reveal cake. It was a great experience to see your baby. I will defiantly come back for the 3D ultrasound.

Not only was it difficult to get someone on the phone to answer questions and schedule an appointment but there were times when you call and leave a message or email them and they don't even pick up or respond. Their hours are definitely not what they advertise at all. I wanted a 9AM appointment on Saturday and their site says 9AM but they seem to have trouble being in before 10AM. I would find somewhere else. Not worth the hassle especially because it looks like others have had the same experience.

This is a total nonsense and nonprofessional treatment by the employees. Rubi is not doing her job right by training her employees. I will never recommend their services to anyone. I am in the healthcare industry and I know for sure results can be faxed, but cannot be email or mailed. They just wanted a give me a hard time.

The receptionist greeted me warmly and immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The doctor was not only pleasant but incredibly thorough. He took the time to listen and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I felt HEARD and truly felt like my care mattered. Unlike many ER experiences, the doctor didn't just see me once and disappear. He returned several times throughout my visit to discuss results, answer questions, and make sure I understood everything. He made sure I had an after care plan and explained that all as well. Nurse Pam was absolutely amazing. She is caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and exceptional at what she does. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what I needed to know before leaving and she was pleasant to talk to. Jackie, the CT technologist, was also wonderful. She was kind, warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything before we started so there were no surprises. She was also very pleasant to talk to. I would also like to recognize the young lady who was shadowing. She was kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She asked important questions about my medical history, drug allergies and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable. Her compassion and professionalism were evident, and she has a bright future ahead of her in healthcare. Before I was discharged, the staff made sure I had all of my results, understood my next steps, and had every opportunity to ask questions. I never felt like I was being rushed out of the door. I visited this clinic after being involved in a same-day vehicle accident. The airbag deployed and…read morecaused significant burns and abrasions to my wrist. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist greeted us with an attitude that made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her. In contrast, the nurses were very kind, professional, and considerate throughout the visit. Dr. Ong examined my wrist and recommended X-rays. After the X-rays confirmed there were no fractures, he advised me to ice the injury and stated that he would prescribe a pain reliever and an ointment for the burns and abrasions. What was concerning, however, was that Dr. Ong appeared ready to discharge me after a $350+ visit without cleaning the wounds, applying any ointment, or dressing the injury. My wife had to specifically ask whether he planned to treat the burns and cuts before sending me home. "Oh..yeah, I can do that" was his response.  The experience became even more frustrating the following day when I went to the pharmacy and was informed that only one of the two prescriptions had been received. I called the clinic and was immediately placed on hold. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I decided to drive back to the clinic in person (less than 1 mile away from pharmacy). When I arrived, the receptionist who had placed me on hold was sitting at the front desk looking at her personal cell phone. After speaking with Dr. Ong and explaining that the pharmacy had only received one prescription, he simply stated that he had forgotten to send the second one. Overall, I found the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service disappointing. While the nursing staff was excellent, the experience with both the physician and front desk staff left much to be desired.
