In time quick and professional. Exceeded our expectations. Have had an appointment booked since 2/12 and service provided the week of 4/13. Amazing job prepping the fascia board considering the age of the home and the amount of rot the board had incurred over the last 60 years. Feels like we're in a new house

Yelp, you win!! So this was my 5th time painting my interior in 7 years. Hence, i have very high expectations- not just quality but also the type of customer service given. Lets put it this way, Pete's work ethic is ironically- refreshingly old school! He'll give you a pretty damn accurate estimate on paper based on his perception, he will be there every day with his workers, his eagle eyes will catch every flaw, and he expects 100% work quality. Ive heard him tell his guys that things have to be perfect multiple times and he has very high expectations for himself and the team. They are also extremely skilled in cutting around edges- don't assume all painters can do this... this is only done with years of practice. So no sloppy work shown in my home. Anyways, i really enjoyed having Pete, Jason, and Jesse in my home. They were the cleanest and most respect crew ever. And thank you Nicole for handling the schedule. Im really thankful for you all!!!

Needed some touch up painting and my front doors painted. They were great, on time, and did a beautiful job! I am so pleased with the results. And when they left everything was cleaned and put back like no one was ever here! Absolutely would recommend Heights Painting, thank you for a wonderful job!

Heights' Painting did a phenomenal job painting my home. They took their time, color matched, and were very clean. They painted both exterior and interior beautifully. I was 100% satisfied.

Heights did an outstanding job painting our home in San Dimas. We had our entire interior painted, which was a big job, involving very high ceilings, extensive crown moldings, baseboards, many doors--in multiple hues. Peter and his hard working crew got the complete job done in about 5 days. They started right at 8 am, including Saturday, and ended around 3. We loved that the owner worked right along with his crew and closely guided and supervised them. They all were polite and attentive to all our requests. They were very flexible and worked together toward an outstanding result. Peter was METICULOUS in every detail. We felt the price was very fair and worth every penny. The whole process was smooth and professional. We've never seen such good painters. Our house was TRANSFORMED.

My gorgeous living room thanks to Heights Painting.

Heights Painting just finished my interior home today. AMAZING!! Really the pictures speak for themselves. Reasonable prices and so flexible in terms of scheduling and my own drama (I have a little baby and a big dog). Jesse painted my entire 4200 square foot home by himself. Ceilings included. Gorgeous final product I am proud to show off. Thank you Peter and Jesse! Heights Painting... PERFECT!!

From start to finish, Peter and his awesome crew at Heights Painting did an extraordinary job on the exterior of our home in Rancho Cucamonga in late Sept., 2019. They were one of three estimates, and it was apparent after the interview that they were the one to select. Their estimate and experience set them apart from the others. Originally, we had some scheduling issues--mostly due to our own conflicts, but were easily resolved by Nicole who schedules all painting jobs and who also deserves congratulations. When I had questions about color combinations, Peter met with me and helped to make the final color decisions. They arrived promptly each morning and worked steadily throughout each day. They even installed our new outdoor lighting! Our home looks even better than it did when we bought it 10 years ago. Thank you, Heights Painting!

Sent out service requests via Yelp and Parker's Painting offered a competitive bid. They were not the lowest, but I appreciated the timely and professional communication. So we decided to move forward and we are very happy with our decision. As you can see from the pictures, set up was meticulous. My house was left as if there wasn't any work done and the results were even better. The wall, corner, and ceiling look as if there was never anything there. Bookmarking Parker's for sure for any future drywall or paint work we may need.

They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. My wife is making plans to have them back to do some work on the inside of our house.

These guys drove from the Corona/Riverside area to our home daily and showed up on time. We felt the pricing was fair for the size of our home, and the overall value for the work done was excellent. For only two painters, they were able to complete the work in the timeframe we were quoted, which was great. However, there were a few communication and cleanup issues that prevented this from being a 5-star experience. As a military family, we were grateful for the military discount provided by the project manager, Fermin. He was highly professional, communicative, and even included a few complimentary touch-ups, like refreshing our light fixtures and painting the side garage door.  Unfortunately, property care at the end of the project fell short. The crew removed our security camera bases to ensure an even paint job but didn't notify us where they were placed. We had to search our yard and eventually found them stashed inside our outdoor cat house and a flower bed. Additionally, the side garage door weatherstripping was removed for painting and left off. Even if the crew intentionally left it off to allow the paint to dry completely, failing to communicate that instruction to us, left us to figure it out and reinstall it ourselves.  The painting itself deserves praise, and the project manager provided our full paid receipt and warranty information as requested. However, better attention to detail regarding communication and final cleanup is needed. We were happy to support a business in the Inland Empire.

1-star for an attempted mid-job bait-and-switch…read more Revive and Refinish gave us a written quote for a fixed price, which we signed based on the stated scope. They arrived late, removed our doors, and sanded some of them. Then, after work had already started, the painter on site said the existing paint required more sanding than expected and that there was suddenly an issue with the original quote. At that point, no clear additional price was given on site, and no one from the company proactively contacted me. I had to call them myself, and only then was I told by Jack that the job would cost an additional $1,300. That is not how a professional company should operate. Their written scope already included prep and painting, and sanding/prep were discussed from the beginning. If the price was truly conditional, that should have been clearly disclosed before we signed. It was not. Instead, they started the job, removed our doors, and only raised a pricing issue after work was already underway. There was no written change order, no revised estimate, and no approval from us before the project stopped. Once we refused to proceed under those circumstances, they reinstalled everything and refunded our deposit, which was appropriate -- but that does not excuse how the job was handled. At least one door was reinstalled improperly, there was an exposed hinge cutout/mortise left on the door edge, and visible patch/filler material was left on the door jamb and trim near the latch/strike area. The doors were not returned in their original condition. This was not a clean reset. It wasted our time, disrupted our home, and forced us to restart the project with another company. We obtained multiple additional quotes, all lower than their original quote, and now have another company scheduled to complete the work this week for less than what Revive and Refinish originally quoted us. The actual painters themselves were polite and professional. The real issue was the estimate, the communication, and raising a pricing issue only after work had already begun. As reflected in my review history, I do not leave negative reviews lightly. Be careful. Update after Owner response: Your response actually reinforces my main concern. You stated you continued working based on an "understanding" that the additional work was approved. That is exactly the issue. If extra work is needed, the price should be clearly provided and explicitly approved before continuing -- not assumed mid-project. My husband only spoke to a painter and was never given a price, I had to text you to get that information. We specifically pointed out the prior paint job on the doors during the estimate because we were already concerned about it. Your representative looked at them, took photos, and had the opportunity to identify or at least flag any potential prep issues before work began. If this is a known possibility that can significantly affect the scope and price, then a qualified painter should be involved during the estimate. That is exactly why we scheduled estimates with multiple companies and set aside time for your company to properly evaluate the project before work began. That is the entire purpose of an estimate. Your response also highlights a deeper issue with your system: if conditions that can significantly affect scope and price are only "discovered" after work begins, then your estimates and contracts are clearly not as reliable as customers are led to believe. Without having a qualified painter involved during the estimate, this same mid-project price increase issue could easily happen again to future customers. Unexpected conditions can happen, but that does not excuse poor communication or proceeding without a properly documented change order. My husband was not given a clear additional price upfront before work continued, and that should never happen on a professionally managed project. No reasonable customer would be comfortable with a $1,300 mid-project price increase after already signing a contract -- especially when the work then leaves the home in worse condition than it was before. Future customers should absolutely be aware of that.
