Next time I'll be there when they open. There were still a good amount of vendors and music out at that time. But a lot of them were closing up and had all the samples gone. I got the juiciest Cara Cara oranges, fresh flowers, and a crotchet kit for my daughter from Saltwater Books & Gifts. The walking space is a little narrow and it was annoying (on my part) to drag my wagon through the aisle. So if you plan on bringing that, or a stroller, just be prepared. We were eventually able to find street parking a few blocks away near the BART station. Lots of people. Hard to maneuver at certain choke points. I think the booths were a little to close together. They had blocked off a whole other block that wasn't used- why not?? I think that would have helped create a little more elbow room. And the food lines need to be directed better. People couldn't walk down the street to see the other booths. They had lots of music. : bands, DJ. Activities for kids, dancing, salsa, pony rides.

"In the Heights", put on by Plethos Productions, is the first play at this venue, but they host a lot of other creative and interesting things. Several of the performers are outstanding talents, and all of the production company is full of passion and enthusiasm. The venue is intimate, 50 seats, general seating. They offered beer, wine, horchata, tacos, coffee and more for sale at the event. All very reasonably priced. Only downside... a single restroom. Plan ahead, timing is everything, folks. It's great for my neurodivergent kid to have space to both jump in the bounce house and move that energy out and chill in the quiet and calm area.
