This was a great experience for my granddaughter. She had a lot of fun picking out her own design for her fanny pack and while we waited, she got to make a bracelet. Morgan was very helpful through our process. We definite will be coming back.

This place is amazing. I got there when it first opened at noon. A wonderful staff member Julia literally went above and beyond helped me put a custom hat together super fast since I was in a time limit. I have an event for a cheer competition tomorrow and wanted something cute for the event Julia and I Brained storm super quickly I was in and out the door within 15 mins. Thank you so much for all your help sweetie. Can't wait to come back with my sister and get creative.

    Kids & Adult denim - $79

A Disheartening Experience That Dimmed Our Joy We've had lovely memories at this place--especially when we celebrated our child's birthday here in December. The creativity, the fun activities, and the concept were everything we had hoped for, and I genuinely appreciated the vision behind it and the effort by the owner and staff. That's what made today's experience all the more disheartening. My child was excited to return and design another denim jacket. We purchased the package--it is $79 for a denim jacket for kids &Adult, and 200 patch points, which is part of that denim jacket package --and began selecting patches. She had a wonderful time creating her design and handed it over for the final iron on to get the design. to reality. Meanwhile, I was charged $89 at checkout. When I politely asked about the discrepancy, I was told the price had increased but the menu hadn't been updated yet. Unfortunately, by that time, the transaction was complete and non-refundable. The feeling that settled in wasn't frustration about the money--it was about the principle. I value transparency, and this oversight made me feel blindsided. Though the staff did acknowledge my concern and attempted to correct it, they said their system wouldn't allow a reversal. She could have give me $10 in cash back atleast, instead she insisted on me getting more patches, why would i do to spoil my design?. I chose not to raise my voice in the shop then, especially with other families enjoying their time creating memories, but I left feeling let down and disappointed. If the owner of this shop get to see this, i request her to revisit her principles and ethics while running the business. It's not about the $10--it's about being honest with customers. Experiences like this take away the trust that makes places like these special. Would I return or recommend the place again as I did in the past? Regretfully, no.

What a great concept for a store! My daughter recently attended a birthday party at this location where the birthday girl & guests were allowed to design and craft personalized t-shirts and a pair of sunglasses. It was such a fun and engaging activity that 90 minutes passed by very quickly (and frankly, felt a bit rushed). I do wish the party packages allowed for at least 2 hours. When all was said and done, the kids had a fashion show to show off their new creations. My kid really enjoyed this concept and has asked repeatedly to return to make some more one-of-a-kind clothing. The staff was very sweet to my child and tried to help when she accidentally got craft glue in her eyebrow while making the jeweled sunglasses. Luckily, it was a small amount and I was able to trim it off at home. (However, the glue is very sticky and hard to get off so if you have active kids or kids with long hair; beware!!!) Other than that, we loved the shop, and the stuff we made that doubled as party souvenirs. So happy to support another local small business!

awesome patch wall! 200 patch points goes way farther then you think!

We were walking by this business one day on the way to do VR and my daughter was immediately drawn to the window displays! It's such a cute studio. She decided she wanted to celebrate her 10th birthday here. We booked online that evening and provided a deposit. We decided that our group would make Jean jackets. I was a little worried the night before as I had not received a confirmation phone call. However, on the day of, we arrived to a sign outside of the door personalized for my daughter's birthday. The staff members were very kind and patient. Our party of 10 had so much fun personalizing our jackets and helping each other make decisions. This is such a great place for inter generational fun. Everyone from the baby to the 50 year old had a great time! Even when our jackets took a little longer than expected the staff remained kind and stayed late to make sure we could leave we our items. We would definitely recommend for families, friends and groups of all ages.

I stumbled to this awesome store after the flick ended and glad I did. Two gals greeted me and since I had my 2 pre teen girls with me, they were easily drawed to the store. The girls decided on hoodies and were able to select patches whoch they have a wide variety. Def check them out and they also have summer camps.

They put up the banners and did the tablecloths, which I was not expecting but very impressed. All our guests loved the place and had an amazing time. We had some slightly older siblings that also seemed to be enjoying everything also. We did the 2 hour party but I wish we did the private party for longer. There was a random kid that wandered into the party area and also an elderly woman and a baby that was not part of our party. They have a cart for the presents, but I would suggest offering a cart to bring in the decor & cake as we had to make a few trips. We had such a great time at the venue, perhaps we can repeat for next year!

Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.

Honestly, not only being super on point as an employee for everything that we needed but then to go above and beyond like that is something we don't see in the service world very often and this guy needs to get some big time recognition. We have already made plans for the next time we go back and I really hope it's in a night that he works. Very good memories have been made because of his care and big heart.

It was loud like a lawn mower and slow to start and ultra low on torque - from a standstill couldn't get over a little bump. The food surprisingly was good and the young adult staff were friendly throughout. Unlimited passes are a good purchase but it was tuff to find someone to man the laser tag latter in the day when nobody is interested in playing laser tag anymore. But overall the boys enjoyed their time here.

We were a bit disappointed because I had received an email that it was drift night, but when we arrived it had actually been the night before. Marketing really needs to have accurate messaging going out. I double checked the email to see if I'd read it right and it indeed had the wrong night listed. Kids were super bummed, but decided to go out and drive and still had a great time. The track was a tad slippery still from drift night so they actually had a few tiny drift moments. They have food and drinks available for reasonable prices. Mostly pub type food, as well as snacks and candy. Lots of nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages available. There's a pool table and other games in an arcade area. Plenty of seating options. I love that electric carts are available, as I don't miss having to breathe in fumes with the former gas carts. Yay for technology! Plenty of parking out front. You can register to play online before you arrive or at the door.

You can pre register online and just check in upon arrival. You're immediately assigned a host to guide you through the event. In the beginning the process was a bit confusing but it all got sorted out by the time the race began. All drivers got a safety instruction. Then guided to 2 guys to help with helmet fitting. Birthday girl was girl in line as cars weee assigned to everyone in the party. There is a place to sit and watch the racers doing their laps. The 1st lap took some getting used to. But since it was a private track time for the party, there were no unnecessary public interactions crashing cars into each other. Safety first which I really appreciated. The girls had a complete blast once they figured out how the cars drove. There was a short 20 min break in between laps where they were given drink cards and game cards to use $10 ea. The second lap was the one that counts and who won 1st 2nd 3rd place. In the end everyone received a certificate and got to stand on the podium for pics. We brought our own cake. K1 provided the sliders and pretzel dogs and utensils plates. The party section was spacious and clean. Loved the decor. Great for older kids and adults as some of the parents, kids at heart, had to refrain from joining in on the party. Many of the kids weren't able to use their game card as we ran out of time. The kids saved it for their next visit. I would recommend this place for parties or a night out or even team building event.
