This is going to be one of the weirdest reviews I leave because the facility was very clean and the two workers were extremely nice. However, the actually quality of the nails wasn't great. To start, our cuticles weren't pushed back or cut. I asked for tips to even my nail length, nude dip, and the swirl design on my ring fingers. As you can see in the photos the nails are all different shapes and sizes. The swirl also looks extremely unprofessional and almost childlike. I think if you're looking for square acrylic with no designs this may be your place, but not if you're looking for higher end nails. read more

They're a nice place for when you need something cheap and fast to get your nails done. And when I say fast I don't mean quality. If they just slow down and took some time to get these nails done they wouldn't look wonky. Customer service is wonderful no issues there. read more

Came here to get mine and my daughters nails done with my sister, ladies were great but after just going Saturday already after just 4 DAYS, my nails are coming off. I paid 45 plus a 8 dollar tip and they came out so bad. My thumb mail didn't even have the top coat after gel polish and is very rough. Needless to say, I won't be going back and now have to go some place else and now spend just as much of not more to fix what the lady did. read more

I wanted to give these awesome ladies a 5 Star Review! I called at 6 for an emergency mani/pedi and they close at 7, they were the only ones opened at the time. I had never been there before but they had great reviews. I called before I went and they said they could see me! YAY! Jani was my technician and she was AMAZING! Gentle on my hands and feet and really paid attention to detail. I appreciated she took her time with an hour to close, she did not rush to get me out the door. The prices were average with everyone else's in the area, they were all friendly and sweet! Best part and I've never gotten this before, they gave me a PUNCH CARD! . When I go, they punch my card until full for 20 bucks off. I thought that was amazing! I'm so GLAD I went! I found my new nail spot! Thank you ladies! read more

She did a great job on my toes. I love the chrome coloring. The wait wasn't long but then again I did schedule an appointment. They have a good variety of colors. I came in on 02/23/2017 to get a full set on nails done... I tried the ombré set... I paid about 50 and I tip 15 to the lady... my nails look great but Friday 2 of them pop off I call ask if I could get them fix she said yes .. when I came in I waited a hour and I couldn't stay bc I had to get up my kids.. I apologize and said I can come back on Monday So Monday comes around and already 4 more have just fell off. I call and talk to her and told I could bring nails in and show you I didn't want to get my nails done there bc what if it happens again why waste the time being there plus I already paid a lot... she offers me a visa gift card so I say ok that's fine ... I go in and try to get my gift card and I brought the nails so she knows I wasn't lying well.... she keeps pressuring me to get them down again and also saying that she couldn't do the gift card anymore so I finally just said no thank you I'm good... I left wasting my money and giving a tip to someone who doesn't really care about have customer service or at least make an effort not to mention lie about the gift card ... We recently moved to the Humble/Atascocita area and I needed a new nail salon to go to. I had tried a couple of locations and they either didn't do a good job or they had horrible customer service. A friend of mine referred me here and I've been coming here ever since. Katie is the owner and she is the one that works on my nails. Dana is the one who works on my pedicure. All of the ladies there are very nice, customer service is great and the prices are very reasonable. I also love the punch card they have, that after 11 visits you get a discount. Getting a pedi right now. Seems like a clean place, but this dude definitely doesn't have the gentle touch I'm used to. They need more people cuz my sister has been waiting 30 minutes with her feet in the water. Update - went back again, had a different person and it was much better this time. We were seated right away. My only complaint this time is that one of the older technicians wasn't working on anyone but made herself at home in one of the pedicure chairs and ate her lunch. After reading the great reviews I decided I'd give this place a try and get a pedicure, It wasn't crowed when I got there I was greeted with a smile and they were very friendly, also I noticed it was clean which is very important to me. Lee was very attentive and gentle, and the massage he gave me was awesome. After trying different salons and can finally say that I found one I'm happy with. Yes I only gave 4 stars I can't think of anything else more you all could have done to make my visit more enjoyable or pleasant, I'm just a tough critic, However as long as I keep getting the same great service I received today I will keep coming back! read more

I came in 5 mins early for my appointment to pick out the color I wanted for my full set. After a few seconds, she took the basket away from me and had me sit. She started taking off my nails and kept asking me what color even though she didn't let me choose. I wanted short nails and I had her cut and file them down about 3 times because she kept leaving them long. She hurt me and the nails didn't look like the picture I showed her multiple times. She charged me double the price I pay anywhere else for something basic. Never coming here again. read more

Technicians are very nice, place was clean and We didn't wait long but the paint job (just got a quick polish change) could have been better. At other salons, technician usually goes around cuticle with a paint brush to ensure a clean line around nail bed. Wish this salon would! read more
