I went today (without an appt) and asked if they had availability. I was told they could get me in in 30 minutes. No big deal. I told them "that's great and I'll come back in 30 minutes.". When I arrived back they put me in a chair within 5 minutes . It was about 20 more minutes until a tech had finished. She went and grabbed another customer and I thought ok, maybe she had an appointment. Two more techs finished over the next 10 minutes and each grabbed other customers. I started to look around which the owner must have noticed and she then shouted at me across the salon "just a few more minutes.". It was now 35 minutes after I returned. I just got up and left. She could have originally told me to come back in an hour but she said 30 minutes. I didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment. But when I returned at the agreed upon time I should not have had to sit there for 35 more minutes. It was pure greed on the owners part. Now you have lost a consistent customer. When you are paying for a pampering service it should not add stress to your life. There is a nail salon on every corner and I will be taking my business to an owner who appreciates their customers.

It allowed me to book the reservation at 2:45 pm with Kendra Smith. When I get there right on time, I was informed that Kendra is not even a manicurist. I was told she was a pedicurist. Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. I was not expecting a free repair I was willing to pay but they would not even try to just reapply the get polish since my set did not come from their salon originally.
